I'm a fairly new Kittl user, so I am still learning the platform... but what a platform it is!!! The features are outstanding, and as I learn more, I'm sure I'll get to a place of creative flow efficiency. Also, the chat staff has been wonderful. They have so amazing features and options, wish the templates were more up to date but the AI features make this purchase worth it! It does have a learning curve but I have found a lot of videos on You tube to help.

Great to use, good customer service

What a brilliant platform it is. I am a POD creator, and without the "Flow" system it would take days to correct the most simple problem. Yes I get frustrated sometimes, but there is always someone in the chat box to help. The AI in the chat box can deal with nearly everything, but if it can't it calls upon a real person and they can fix it within about 10 minutes of being called. Wouldn't be able to do POD without it.

I just reached out to kittle support once again and they were able to check my account and help me resolve an issue with max'ing out my storage space that I could not figure out! Ends up there is an easy fix. Kittl support is consistently in tune with our needs and how to assist! Always 5 stars!
