I have ordered a Manchester United 2007 2008 one cr 7 on back and they have sent totally different . One of Manchester United. I have emailed them seven days ago, still no one has came to receive my order, and when will I get my refund? No one knows.

This is a scam website. I tried this website seeing generous offers on jerseys. I got delivered entirely wrong items. That too items which look nowhere near actual jerseys. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

I ordered real madrid 2017 and man united 2008 i got order in 7 days but i got real madrid 2025 and manchester united 2024. but were good quality.

How this website is still running and showing adds over everywhere. I'm also suffer from this scam and I want to remove their website from everywhere so no one else will not suffer.so please anyone know how to take action against them then do it right now.

Absolutely terrible experience with Kitmate. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I paid for my order, but it was not delivered completely, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received the missing item nor a refund.

Customer support has been extremely disappointing, with no meaningful resolution even after I shared my order ID, tracking details, and parcel photos as proof.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Kitmate. Until they start delivering complete orders and resolving customer complaints responsibly, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordered two football jerseys under a Buy One Get One Free offer and paid Rs 899 in advance. The invoice clearly shows two jerseys, but I received only one. The jersey I received was of very poor quality and completely different from what was advertised. This feels like misleading and deceptive selling. I have all the proof including payment receipt, invoice, parcel label, and product photos. I have also filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime portal. I strongly advise everyone to be very careful before buying from this seller. Do not trust the advertisements without proper verification.

Yeh sab scammers hai maine inke websites se order Kiya buy one get one free pr maine pay kiya 899, and at the end mujhe bss ek jersey recieve hui aur ek nahi inn logo ne mere saath scam kiya hai proper scam I want my refund or jo jersey inhone nahi di yah toh woh dein, they're scammers.

Never ever order from this website.. Absolute scammers.. They loot u by showing combo offers and they deliver only one item which is in incorrect size and bo response if we contact them.. Government should take action against these fraudsters. If some one initiate legally I assure u ill be part of it..

I had ordered Portugal away jersey but instead of this they sent me real madrid jersey. Also the quality is not good.

This website is a scam. I ordered two home jerseys—one for Argentina and one for Barcelona. Instead, I only received a single Barcelona away jersey.There is no contact number listed, and they are completely ignoring my emails. With absolutely no way to reach customer service, it is impossible to resolve this issue. I deeply regret trusting this website.
