We’re very sorry to hear that your order has still not arrived.
After looking into this for you, we can confirm that your parcel was dispatched from our warehouse on the 20th of November and was marked by the courier as being out for delivery on the 21st. We’re unsure why it has not reached you yet, but we are now urgently following this up with the courier to find out what has happened.
We will be in touch as soon as we have an update and will ensure a suitable resolution for you. Our sincere apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

I tried to give no stars but couldn't. Wrong size of tea towel given and I ordered a no return frame for it. Left with tea towel and enormous useless frame. When I complained they said I could have 15% off next order, as if I would order here again. They admitted their error in giving incorrect size
