I decided to have one last go at contacting KP and managed to find a WhatsApp number.
I called it and Helen picked up.
I asked her what was going on with my order and why the lack of courteous contact...she explained something about an embargo on the product I purchased, which was a bit beyond me tbh. She then confirmed that my order was about to go in the post. I asked why the lack of contact and she seemed oblivious as the why I might be miffed at the lack of contact.....
I know they are a smallish outfit but their lack of concern about how they are viewed / percieved is odd in my view.
I run a smallish business, admitted not retail and not on line, but if I behaved in the same way, I wouldn't have a business. They obviously don't set any stall by Trustpilot...
By the way, my order arrived the following day....
