Ik had moeite met mijn bestelling terug te vinden…. Of beter gezegd mijn hele bestelling te vinden maar george hielp me goed mee en kan de bestelling direct op naam vinden en heeft me precies de link gestuurd om mijn bestelling te volgends (mails stonden in de spam…), kwaliteit van de pannen was ook top , en leuk dat er een recepten boekje bij zat , top hoor , bedankt George !

Mijn vrouw is zeer blij met de thee kannen , heb ze voor dr verjaardag gegeven en ze was super blij met de leuke motiefjes van de kanne en ik ook dat zei blij is haha , bedankt !!
Dat is nog eens service! Pakketje kwijtgeraakt door DHL, direct een nieuwe opgestuurd gekregen.
Vorige week zijn de pannen die ik besteld heb goed en netjes verpakt binnen gekomen. Er was wat vertraging bij DHL waardoor de verzending wat op zich liet wachten, maar daar assisteerde George van de klantenservice kei goed in ! En de pannen bakken heerlijk zonder aan te bakken de heletijd. Top aankoop thanks Dames en Heren van Kitchenfouryou 👍🏼
Moet zeggen dat de service echt top geregeld is door george en het team. Er ontbrak een setje spatels bij mijn bestelling en heb ditect een nieuw set , plus een leuke thee kan opsgestuurd gekregen. Ik was wat huiverig want zag geen reviews etc online maar het is dus een pas nieuw bedrijf zei george... Ik hoop dat ze groot zullen groeien!!!
