I am generally pleased with the overall result. Installation was completed quickly and on promised date. Total cost was much more than expected by comparison with a neighbour with identical size kitchen. But we had worktop replaced and this was presumably expensive. I was surprised that the fitters did not ensure that drawers were running freely and clean. Also one of the cabinets was not fitted with matcing tape, leaving bare chipbord exposed.

Brilliant from start to finish, no complaints would highly recommend these people.

Overall, we had a great experience with Kitchen Magic and were very impressed by their professionalism. Our project involved replacing all the cabinet doors, and from the initial design stage to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and completed in less than one month.

Gary is a true expert. He genuinely suggested smart improvement ideas and was very accommodating when arranging dates for the survey and installation, which made the whole experience stress-free.

Vlad did an excellent job with the installation. The work was done perfectly and matched our expectations exactly.

After contacting the company the response was almost immediate as was the follow through and scheduling of work.
It was a calm experience, nothing deemed to be a problem or too much trouble. The kitchen fitter Phil
was a dream person delivering the package I had ordered, despite me forgetting to factor in the cupboard trims. He arrived with them the very next day.

Dave (the fitter) was quietly efficient, meticulousand produced an excellent result.

Friendly reps. Good quality, the only disappointment was one set if taps were nit ready. We had to wait for a further week but we were quickly gased for payment.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I found the designer, surveyor and kitchen fitter carried out their work in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner.
I am really pleased with the end result and found the price to be very reasonable.
I also liked the fact that the doors, etc are produced locally to me and that it is a UK factory.
The fitting process was seamless and the workmanship was carried out to a very high standard. All mess was cleared up and everything was done properly.

We were very happy with the service we received from Kitchen Magic and the quality of the finish to our kitchen. All who we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The man who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and helped us in choosing. He along with the fitters had good suggestions that have improved the look and working of our kitchen. Although we had some small issues these were dealt with efficiently and quickly without any extra cost to us. We are very happy with how it all turned out and our kitchen looks new and refreshed. We would recommend Kitchen Magic for their value for money, high standard of workmanship and the way they treat their customers.

I was planning to get my kitchen done and was surprised because the company seemed to have good reviews. Unfortunately, the consultant was unprofessional: she entered without asking to remove her shoes (in the rain) and later used my bathroom with those same wet shoes on my light grey carpet and white flooring. When I said I needed time to work out my finances, she pressured me and then said she “knew I wouldn’t go ahead” because she could “feel it in her gut.” How judgmental Very disappointing service — I will not be proceeding.

work was carried out to specification. the fitter was very helpful and sorted any problems that came up. The down side was that he had to travel from Birmingham every day to Littlehampton so the work took longer.

Kitchen looks like new.
