Your order was placed on the 1st Feb and shipped on the 2nd with our International courier.

The shipping insurance was added to the cart but I have refunded in this instance. If you are happy with this response and it alters the service you received, we would appreciate it if you could alter your review.

I'm sorry you have not received your order but can see it was shipped around a week ago - unfortunately due to Brexit there are increased delays at borders due to the increased volume and extra admin required to customs clear deliveries.

My usual experience ordering anything from KitB[]x. The items are exactly as described, their size chart is generally spot in and the delivery is always quick and reasonably priced.
