？Dear, how much is your order? You can send it to me to check for you. Our store has a complete shipping policy. The policy also clearly states the lead time required before the order is shipped. And our orders are generally issued within the specified time. If there are abnormal circumstances that cause delivery delays, we will promptly send an email to the customer to ask if they are willing to wait. For every order that is successfully paid by a customer, the customer can enter our store, log in to their account, and check the status of all orders. You can see whether the order has been shipped at any time, and you can also see the courier tracking number after shipment. Thanks for understanding and looking forward to your reply!

Dear, thank you very much for providing the correct order number in your comment. After checking that the payment for your order was successful, we were ready to ship the goods for you on December 5. However, when applying for a courier number, the order was prompted with an incorrect delivery address. We also sent you an email through the customer service email address（service@kistania.com） as soon as possible on December 5, asking for the correct delivery information. However, we have not received any reply from you before December 12th, so the package has not been shipped smoothly. After you clearly replied to us with the correct address at 5:19am on December 12, the package has been updated with your address and successfully dispatched. The express delivery number and logistics tracking website will also be sent to you via email. Please check the latest email in time. Thanks for understanding!

Dear, our store has a very complete return and exchange policy. The policy clearly states that once the package is shipped, the package in transit cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to return or exchange, you can only wait for the package to be signed and contact our after-sales service. If you strictly follow the policy, after the package is shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged until it is signed for. However, considering the needs of customers, under normal circumstances, as long as it is on working days, we can process emails and orders in a very timely manner. Within 24 hours after the package is shipped, if we receive an email from the customer that needs to be returned or exchanged, we will intercept the successful package. We try our best to intercept returns for customers, and then handle refunds according to customer needs. However, we cannot successfully intercept the package more than 24 hours after it is shipped. Therefore, for packages that have been shipped and cannot be intercepted, if customers need to return or exchange them, they can only contact our after-sales service after waiting for the package to be signed for according to the policy. Thanks for understanding!

？？Dear, what are your and your boyfriend’s order numbers? You can send it to me for your inquiry. Our store has a complete shipping policy. Under normal circumstances, the order will not time out regardless of the preparation time or the transportation time after shipment. If there is a product in the order that is out of stock or has been shipped overtime due to other reasons, we will proactively send you an email to inform you of the product status of the order based on the email address you filled in when placing the order, and we will also ask you whether to exchange or refund. . If your order has been shipped, and after the package is delivered to the local area, the address filled in by the customer is incomplete or the customer cannot be contacted during delivery, it will indeed cause the package to fail to be delivered and returned. However, once the returned package is returned to the overseas warehouse, we will proactively contact the customer to ask for the correct address or contact information, and then deliver it again. If there is a package that has not been returned to the overseas warehouse within the time limit, we will automatically determine that the package is lost and will proactively send an email to the customer to ask whether to reissue or refund the package. So you can send me the order number to check for you, or you can contact us through the customer service email to check the order status. Looking forward to your reply!

Dear, thank you for your feedback! Is KIS00111350 (dress + top) your order? If so, your payment for this order was successful on October 7. Regarding the dress, we have shipped it on October 12th (it has been delivered to the local area and will be delivered soon), and we sent you an email through the customer service email (service@kistania.com) on October 13th to inform you of the express delivery Tracking number and tracking number URL. As for a top from Ningwai, it was out of stock and removed from the shelves. We promptly sent you an out-of-stock email on October 8 to ask if you need a refund or exchange. But you haven't replied to us. Since you haven't responded for a long time, we have taken the initiative to refund you the out-of-stock products today. Is there anything unreasonable about our operation? If there is something reasonable, you can tell us clearly. We are very willing to listen to everyone's opinions and optimize our services. Thanks for understanding and looking forward to your reply!

Dear, thank you for your feedback! If you have successfully purchased our product and clearly expressed to us that the size is inappropriate (too big or too small) after receiving it, then when you buy the same product again, the size you purchased again will be queried based on the chat history. It may not be suitable for you. When we happen to check such an order, in order to protect the customer's property, we will proactively handle a refund for the customer.
(If you are buying shoes, you need to refer to the foot length data in the size chart when choosing the product size. However, many customers will ignore this reference data. Our size data are also accurate. Therefore, we will also randomly check repeat purchase orders. .)
Thank you very much for your love of our products, and we are sorry that our proactive refund has dissatisfied you. Thank you for your comments and suggestions. We will optimize the way we handle orders, hoping to make everyone more satisfied with our products and services! Thank you very much for your tolerance for us, thank you!
