Less than hour after applying thumb had large crack I had only been sat reading a book , next day 2 more had split on left hand, I'm right handed. I've removed them they are dangerous imagine if sharp piece had fallen into food.i wear press on nails most ot the time and never had experience like this . Last time I buy kiss.

I was told I would get a refund to original payment. I have a screen shot of this.
Then they gave me a store credit.
I pulled them up on this - then said it’s a default in the system and I can only have a credit as per policy. 👎

they have taken 3 times US$ out of my account and I have received NOTHING....I have NOT ordered ANYTHING from them....I want my money back but they have closed the ticket. Pity they can't reply to me with a positive answser on what I should have received. DO NOT BUY from here (I didnt and still got charged)

Kiss nails and my favorite product impress nails are AWESOME! They adhere easily and beautifully while staying on between one and two weeks. I would never wear another brand! #kissnails#impressnails

Purchased Kiss Powerflex Precision Nall Glue and its turned my nails green. Wouldnt recommend. Now left with green stains that will have to grow out.

They looked really nice but lasted half an hour I have used kiss product for year so we're truly disappointed,kiss you need to do better

You've got a bad batch Kiss Powerflex Max Speed - CZ38 nail glue floating around. It will not adhere to the nails. I've been using it for many years but every so often you get a batch that's not any good. I've now thrown away 5 new bottles.
I have to switch to LA Nails which I do not care for their bottle. It just doesn't come out right.

after 30 years, Kiss is no longer reliable. flimsy, thin nails that break constantly. Disappointed.

I brought some KISS x tend nails from superdrug and when I went to use them noticed I only had one for one number! once i contacted customer service they got back to me within the hours and have offered to send me a complimentary item.

I have received my replacement product and they have sent me two packs.

I love Kiss nails and normally buy them in the store. The website had some really good deals. I had my cart full because $25 qualifies for free shipping. I put my code in for 25% off (I spun the wheel) and I noticed my total only dropped about $00.50. I tried it again without the discount and noticed with the discount they add a handling fee. Very deceptive practice. I emptied my cart because I felt like it may be a scam and then when I read the bad reviews on ordering from this company, I'm glad I didn't purchase.

I ordered 4 jumbo bonnets on 11/24/24. They immediately emailed me confirmation that they accepted my payment. By 12/4/24, I still had not received any communication that my order had been shipped so I emailed them. They emailed me back the same day apologizing for the delay and said my email had been shipped (which I later found out they shipped out the day I emailed them). I have been tracking the package and today is 12/12/24 and I still don't have it. I should have just paid the extra money and ordered through Amazon!

Falscara! I bought the kit, remover and the overnighter (very foolish) and worse I didnt keep the receipt. This is honestly the worst falsh lash experience I have ever had. They dont adhere well, the lashes in the kit were all over the place next use. The bond stung my eyes and the remover made my eyes very sore and watery.

i bought your lash extensions with the black glue and the glue DOES NOT STICK, I’ve tried multiple things and nothing has worked. I’m severely disappointed and angry.

Tracking said received, but it was not in our mailbox. Called KISS and was told I needed to file claim with USPS. I tried doing that and they said that KISS needed to file the claim which they refused to do. I will NEVER recommend or order from this company again. My first time ordering and it sucked. I am also going to post my dissatisfaction all over social media. NEVER, NEVER again. I am now out $76+ because the company sucks and provides horrible customer service. :(

I have advices my clients to purchase kiss nails for years if they are on vacation in one of your nails break. Your nails and all of your glues are Crap. You’re lucky if you can have it stay one day. They are horrible now

Always did like the product very well, use a lot. It's uplift bleach kit that I use that anyway. I'd put the product in my hair and afterwards noticed that there was no conditioner in the bottle. I was very disappointed and I hope that the condition would be a nightmare. And I've got it from Walmart. No big deal. Just thought I'd let you all know. And thank you so much

I'm disappointed. Despite understanding policies, the aftermath of COVID and shipping delays made me hesitant to reach out about a missing $80+ order. When I finally did, I expected prompt resolution, but they failed to acknowledge their mistake. Despite liking their products, I can't risk another letdown in this economy. It's a wakeup call about supporting companies that lack care for customers. Oh, and big thanks to 'Stacie' for her utterly robotic and insincere customer service, which felt more like interacting with a machine than a human being.

I’ve never had such a hard time with customer service. I’ve emailed this stupid nail company so many times just for them to tell me they can’t do anything about my missing order. I get it, usps is a separate issue. But they will not help me. The least I could’ve gotten was a refund. Not even that. You’d think for a million dollar company they would have no problem giving me back my 30$.

The last 4 packs of Curve overlap nails, came with no glue. Well, the bottle was there but for the 5th time the glue was dried out, could not get anything out of the little plastic bottle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KISS NAILS ANYMORE. THEY DID SEND ME A FREE BOTTLE, BUT THAT WAS DRIED UP TOO.

This is the third and definitely last time I will purchase falscara Bond and seal semi-permanent eyelash glue. The first one I got with the kit was absolutely fantastic and worked great! When that was finished being used I bought another one and noticed they had changed the packaging and when I got at home there was barely any product inside it so I returned it to the store which they easily gave me a refund because you could see there was barely any product in it. Now I need it again and bought another one hoping that it was just a one-time mistake but no it wasn't same garbage nothing was in it so it had to be returned to the store once again. I definitely will not buy this ever again!
