If I could do 0 stars I would

If I could do 0 stars I would - fair warning everyone, do not order from this company if you want 1. Quick delivery (it’ll take a month or more) 2. A quality dress (they are not as advertised) 3. Something that hasn’t been worn before (arrived inside out and crusty with deodorant).

I paid $29 for expedited shipping which was said to be 3 days. Order placed October 3rd and delivered October 24th. I had to email and follow up before a shipping label was even created. They will not honour the cost of shipping so don’t do it.

They are now trying to charge me $15 restocking fee and a $12 return shipping cost.

In total, a $99 dress will cost $56 to even receive and return.

I’ve requested to have my expedited (express $29) shipping refunded, and to remove the restocking and return shipping fee, but they act like they’re never shipped a dress in their life and clearly they ARENT in the USA as they reply close to midnight to any communication.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.

They essentially steal your money

The formal dress I ordered in two sizes and they showed up incredibly poor quality, did not match the photos. The listing was removed after I purchased it which felt shady.

I then sent the dresses in to be returned and they told me there was a 35% restocking fee, even though their website states 15%. Then they only refunded me 50% of my original purchase. Super disappointed, a waste of time and money. Honestly it feels like they stole my money. I never leave reviews but felt like I had to with this one.

Beautiful dress and great support

I ordered a really pretty dress from here and was able to get the dress changed to a new address mid-order. I really appreciated all of the help I got from Kate in making sure that I received the dress in time for the event! I was nervous to order from them but would recommend them.

I ordered my wedding dress from KISS…

I ordered my wedding dress from KISS bridal! The measurements were perfect and it fit like a glove, it came very nicely packaged and I was so pleased with the quality. It looks like a high end gown for a great price. Will be recommending KISS bridal to my friends!
