I bought a steam game
Didn’t get a steam code
But did get a string of web code that is supposed to link to a new account I had to activate
Not a trusted site with a .cn link

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Kinguin after purchasing what was advertised as a 12-month Xbox Game Pass Core subscription. Like most customers, I expected to receive a 25-character activation code to redeem on my own Xbox account — the industry standard.

Instead, I was given login credentials for a random, pre-created Microsoft account tied to a fake identity and fabricated birthdate. The Game Pass was already activated on this account, which made it completely useless to me, since I cannot access the subscription from my real Xbox profile where I’ve built up 17 years of game history and purchases.

What’s worse is that:
• The product listing failed to clearly warn about this unconventional delivery method
• The “Show Key” button in my Kinguin inventory strongly implied I’d be receiving a normal code — very misleading
• When I raised the issue, both the merchant and Kinguin refused to refund me, claiming the product was “delivered” and that I should have known what I was buying

Their customer service completely ignored the fact that the product was not fit for purpose, not transparently described, and incompatible with a legitimate Xbox account. I never agreed to use or impersonate someone under a fake email.

Kinguin enables questionable sellers to operate with zero accountability, and their policies fail to protect honest customers. I will not be using Kinguin again.

Buyers beware: If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Getting like 3 sms messages a day and they won’t stop.

I've been using Kingwin for some time and I have to say that I've been, overall, satisfied with the service. However, one day, instead of using PayPal, the auto completion entered my card number and CIV. I've removed the data right after and didn't even validate the form. Then I used PayPal. The following day, my card began to get emptied. I have not had any incident for years, so I'm pretty convinced it came from Kingwin.

Bonjour, ayant acheté plusieurs clés chez ce vendeur, lorsque je dis plusieurs c'est des dizaines facilement 40-50 clés.
Au début c'était simple rapide et efficace, j'étais plus que satisfait. Malheureusement ces derniers temps lorsque j'effectue un commande, le marchand encaisse, moi j'attends la clé, je reçois un message disant que la commande a été annulée mais on me félicite de savoir que l'argent encaissé par kingwin est en avoir sur le compte kingwin ! Mais moi j'estime que vous n'avez pas le produit donc en bonne logistique vous me remboursez sur mon moyen de paiement initial ? Pas du tout, il vous font un avoir et il disent ne pas pouvoir faire autrement (il reste l'option litige PayPal pour ceux ayant opté pour ce mode de payement). Alors le comble, c'est la raison qui m'a poussé à venir déposer mon témoignage ici, kingwin m'a fait un avoir récemment, je n'étais pas pour car le même article était présent chez la concurrence au même prix, mais bon passons, j'ai donc l'avoir je choisis un autre article coûtant plus cher pour le coup, je passe à la caisse je règle la différence et j'attends la clé. 30min plus tard je reçois un mail de kingwin encore une fois l'article est indispensable et donc félicitations vous avez un avoir ! Là je peux vous dire que j'ai ragé, je vais donc consulter l'avoir en question, là je trouve juste le premier avoir que j'avais utilisé en complément du prix de l'article acheté ayant une valeur supérieure à l'avoir et pour lequel j'ai dû rajouter un complément d'argent ! En gros c'est des escrocs finis, c'est des vendeurs de tapis. Oui, les prix parfois, souvent même sont intéressants, mais quand je relativise d'autres sites sont beaucoup plus fiables et sérieux. J'ai fait l'expérience dans les mêmes conditions à savoir après achat l'article semble être épuisée, tout de suite je suis notifié comme quoi j'ai reçu un remboursement intégral avec un mail d'excuse du marchand, etc.. Aussi un dernier point, chez kingwin vous pouvez par exemple acheter un produit numérique à 0.30€ les frais de service sont invariables à leur valeur minimale soit 0.90€ elles peuvent monter à bien plus que 0.90 mais elles ne se déscenderont jamais en dessous, ce n'est pas le cas ailleurs c'est proportionnel à la valeur de l'article (s) acheté (s).
Un dernier point important, j'ai acheté chez kingwin un jeu d'une valeur supérieure à 30€, le jeu en description était sensé fonctionner sur Xbox/PC une fois la clé reçu je vais l'activer et là windows me dit félicitations pour l'achat du jeu compatible PC seulement ! Or moi j'avais l'intention d'y jouer principalement sur Xbox. Donc litige PayPal qui m'a donné raison et j'ai été remboursée. Kingwin quant à eux ils ne m'ont pas contacté du tout. Leur service après vente est nul et médiocre.
Voilà donc mon expérience trouble avec ce marchand. Il est vrai que les prix bas sont alléchants mais si vous pensez un instant au tracas possibles après achat cela pourrait dissuader. Vérifier si la différence de prix ailleurs est trop importante ou pas si la différence est petite optez pour l'ailleurs peut importe sa couleur !

Bad services with even worst costumer support, they take your money and just cancel your order without refund or any details on it.

Kinguin.net is ok, you can buy from him. Is a good seller.

I have spend 500 euro ans never see thé key #QQT-80211

I have bought several PC games from them. I was a bit worried with my first order, so I tried on the cheapest game I could find. Minecraft for windows 10, it was 37 cents so I figured no big loss if it doesnt work. I recevied my key as soon as payment was made. That was about 8 months ago. Since then I have ordered 8 or 9 more games and I can tell you everything works everytime.

This is now my go to source for PC games. 90% of the time its way cheaper than steam or gog or humble bundle. Even brand new releases are cheaper. I just got Shadow of the Tomb Raider which was only a few days old. Its a 59.99 game everywhere. I got the game with preorder bonus for 49 bucks. Most games offer a much bigger % off than that.

You do have to be careful to make sure to pick the right game for your country. A lot of them are region free but not all. Some are region specific.

I've bought a windows 10 product key, it's arrived 5/10 minutes after payment and as far as now it works perfectly. Recommended!!
