From our initial enquiry, Kingswood were very helpful and informative. They set up a Zoom meeting with Tom at a time to suit us and he explained everything that we needed to know about having a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney. He was thorough and answered every question we had for him. The meeting was smooth and professional, but also light-hearted at times, making us feel at ease. We are so glad we chose Kingswood to guide us through what can be a very confusing and complex process. Caring professional understanding staff
From the first email to the first telephone call we was met with experience and total understanding and kindness the people we spoke with talked me and my mother though everything and if we wasn’t sure or understood anything they would happily repeat there self.
