Their communication is probably the main thing for me. I've dealt with companies where once they get your money it's like good luck getting anybody on the phone.

Honestly bro I thought there'd be way more going on. Like trades every day and stuff. It's really not like that. Sometimes there's nothing happening for days.
But I kinda like it now because they're obviously not just throwing trades out there for no reason.
I've invested for a long time, and one thing I've learned is that activity doesn't necessarily equal performance.
What attracted me to Kingswell was actually their willingness to remain patient. If the opportunity isn't there, they're comfortable waiting.
Been with them about a year. Good communication, everything was pretty easy to set up and I've been happy with how it's gone. Not really much else to say.
For me it's more about how they handle risk. I don't need somebody trying to hit home runs every week with my account. I'd rather make less and actually be able to sleep at night, you know?
The onboarding was actually ridiculously easy. I thought it was gonna be this whole complicated thing with the account and everything. Nah. They walked me through it and I think I had everything sorted pretty quickly.
I was definitely skeptical at first. There's so much bullshit in this space that I kinda assumed there would be some catch. But I'm a little over a year in now and it's been solid. Support especially has been really good.
What I actually like is that they don't feel the need to constantly be doing something. There was a point where I swear we almost two weeks without a trade. I asked them about it and they were basically like, there's noting we like right now. And honestly I respect that.
I think I'm at like 14 months now. I've averaged somewhere around four-ish percent a month overall. Obviously it's not exactly the same every month, but yeah, it's done what I wanted it to do.
I've been with Kingswell for almost two years now. I mean, at this point I mostly just leave it alone. The team's been good to me, anytime I've needed something I've gotten a response pretty quickly. Overall, yeah, really happy with it.
