I was looking to rent a flat ASAP and Chaley Wosser was really great at getting things moving quickly (got in touch Jan 20th, had a viewing on the 21st, got a contract sent over on the 23rd and will move on the 31st). She had a direct impact on the decision to rent as I was very interested in a property managed by another letting agency but they were hard to communicate with and slow at getting things moving (had not reached the landlord days after I made an offer above the asking price, which had just been lowered as the house had already been on the marked for 3 months).
