Kingsbridge Opticians Arvostelua

Simply one of the most professional, competent and friendly businesses i have had the pleasure to deal with as an individual and patient.

I needed replacement Glasses and my eye test was overdue . Thanks to all the staff for the eye test and help in choosing thin frames which I prefer
I have used Kingsbridge before and will continue to do so its convenient for me and the one to one service is preffered

Very relaxed appointment at Donaghadee today. From being greeted by Nigel to being tested by Shane and tested further by Laura. No drama - just professionalism throughout. Many thanks.

Outstanding service. Very professional. And very nice people. 10/10 Shane Higgins and colleagues.

Shane is very laid back and this makes for a relaxed eye test. Both he and Lisa are friendly, efficient and approachable. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Shane, Lisa & the team at Kingsbridge opticians are always incredibly helpful, friendly and thorough in everything they do. We visit often as a result of a busy, sporty 12 year with glasses. This is a fantastic family opticians who look after our eye care impeccably well.

My three visits to Kingsbridge Opticians were excellent. Shane has a very relaxed way of testing. He explains everything he does simply and with humour. Lisa was very helpful when I chose my frames and at the fitting. All the staff were excellent...and I particularly enjoyed the lovely coffee as I waited for my appointments.

My eye test with Shane was really thorough and explained everything really well.
What I really appreciated was that there was no effort to "sell" me something I didn't need. In fact quite the opposite, which is reassuring.
Having been for a number of years, having a comparison of eye sight is great. I would highly recommend.
The advice from all of the team is professional friendly and helpful

I am very satisfied with the service.
All staff 5 stars.
I recommend it to anyone who needs it

Optician explained everything in a way I could understand. And waited until I arrived to ensure correct fitment of my first pair of glasses.

Most impressed with the service I received. From start to finish it was prompt, efficient and friendly. I would throroughly recommend Kingsbridge opticians.

Excellent customer service.
Inviting surroundings.

Fantastic from start to finish. Every aspect of the care I received from walking in the door was professional and friendly. I was listened to and helped along my way to find exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Everyone was so helpful with the whole process, a great range of frames and a lovely team of people!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Both Shane and Lisa were extremely helpful and professional throughout my visit. I received my glasses within 2 days and would strongly recommend Kingsbridge opticians.

I attended shane higgins 10 out of ten. Served attitude and explantion all brilliant

A very professional service provided by Shane and his team at Kingsbridge. Very thorough and great attention to detail. Reassured about my eye health for a further year.

Fantastic service. Staff were so helpful and was able to give me an appt for my hearing test and eyesight test.

Shane spent a long time doing intricate investigations into my eye issues. I was concerned as it appeared that my sight had reduced considerably over the past year, but he reassured me after the tests that I had no cause for concern. I like going to an optician where I see the same person on each visit and everything is dealt with efficiently. Their location is also a plus, with water, coffee and toilet facilities onsite.

Kingsbridge opticians give excellent care to my elderly parents and show patience towards my father who has dementia and give excellent clinical advice and care to my mother who has several issues with her eyes
