While on holiday spoke to Nina who was so helpful, I needed a low rise profile bed for my husband. She went through my needs gave me discount and free mattress protector and sheets. She held it for me for a few weeks because I was waiting to hear if I could get one from NHS. But there was a long waiting list to see occupational health who arranged it. So I got back to Nina bought the bed which she got to us quickly. Shen arranged for free hand rail which arrived week after bed arrived. She couldn't be more helpful and the men who brought bed were very good . Would recommend kingfisher beds and Nina.

This is the 2nd time I've used Kingfisher to purchase a fully adjustable bed for my elderly loved one/s. 1st class service from start to finish, handled expertly by the very lovely Nina who made sure what we were buying was exactly what we needed and kept in touch with me every step of the way right up until the bed was in situ. My dad loves his bed and is just was he needed from downsizing from the King to the double size.

This is by far the best customer care experience I have had for a long time. The company went to great lengths to deliver my rise and recliner armchair in time for my knee replacement operation. When I then subsequently broke the remote control (totally my own fault) they could not have been more helpful and supportive. A particular call out to Nina who went way and beyond to help me get my chair working again. I cannot thank Kingfisher enough for making a difficult time in my life so much easier. Thank you.

We knew we were going to have a Celebrity Hollingwell recliner chair. Of all possible web suppliers Kingfisher stood out: very good description of the chair and a very competitive price. From the moment we asked for a quote up to delivery, the Kingfisher service has been exemplary. I can only thank them and recommend anyone to buy from Kingfisher.

It's been 6 months now,
The back support, get all lumpy like cheap pillows, we contact customer service, first she didn't listen to my concerns, all she keep saying, you must put chair away from wall, after repeating my self so many times, she arranged for technician to come out, and out come is i have dress this £1600 worth chair every morning to keep shaping, something we can't do this,I
We could have bought just the cushions which better quality,
Don't throw your money, do not buy this

Yesterday 17/10/24 my Sherborne leather riser arm chair was delivered from Kingfisher furniture Ltd by Sam & Mark. They assembled the chair and explained everything to me, they were very helpful and polite. At the point of purchase I spoke with a fantastic staff member called Nina. Nina went through all my options and explained everything. She gave me ample time to consider my purchase before order. During the order Nina kept me informed of delivery dates etc. Nina and all her staff done a fantastic job. The riser chair is very comfortable and easy to use. Many thanks to everyone.

Spoke to a lovely lady called Nina who spent the time and went through an array of scenarios for me and spotted mistakes in another company's adverts for a similar adjustable bed, so I had no hesitation in buying the bed from them. Her technical knowledge was second to none and the customer experience was way above that expected for a typical company. I had gone through another one but hit roadblocks and on the way.
Some nice offers were thrown in for good measure and I really could not complain.
Delivery was timely albeit I had to keep pushing them away as the room was not ready, but they did very well to keep me informed when it was ready to deliver. Install great, aftercare great, and a small issue to be dealt with promptly.

When I decided to buy an adjustable
bed, I had to shop online because I am disabled and can't manage highstreet shops. However, the bed I bought from an online supplier was very poor. The customer service was non-existent and I felt I had been cheated.
It took a while before I felt confident enough to buy a new bed and I was very nervous, so I spent ages researching different companies until I eventually chose Kingfisher Furniture.
Thank goodness I did! After submitting my order, I was contacted by Nina who was warm, friendly, incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Her advice was invaluable, and she organised upgrades for me so I ended up with a fantastic bed deal.
Within a few days, Lucas and Nick arrived at my house, earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise, to deliver my new bed. They were polite, friendly and efficient. They ensured that I knew how to use the bed and were great ambassadors for Kingfisher Furniture. They even gave me a complimentary packet of expensive biscuits, which was a nice touch.
As soon as they went, I tried out the new bed and I'm thrilled with it. I read a lot and my new bed allows me to sit up in a comfortable position to do this.

my order for two lift and recline chairs from there celebrity range was made via the phone on the 17/03/2023 .my order was delivered on the 22/03/2023.the chairs are very comfortable and appear to be well made .my order was taken by a very helpful lady by the name of Nina who i found to not only very helpful but also knowledgeable of the kingfisher product range .taking into account both the price of the chairs and the customer service i received i would recommend kingfisher .

I am extremely angry and upset at how kingfisherfurniture.co.uk has treated me. You order your mattress and/or divan bed online. I ordered it this way as we have no bed shops near is, I have a bad back which makes it harder to get out and travel about and I would have to take a day off of work unpaid. I have a bad back and cannot lay on anything hard so ordered a specific bed in the soft option. I then had to wait a while for it to arrive, which is normal. This is an expensive mattress.

The mattress it was replacing was also made by Millbrook. That mattress was soft as from day one. Many years later it was no softer. It was a shame I had to replace it.

When the new mattress arrived it was very hard, uncomfortable and difficult for my back - I cannot sleep on my back without it being very painful. The shop had taken away my soft but old mattress so I had to make do with this new but very hard one.

I emailed the shop. The manager / owner told me to rotate it and turn it regularly so that it would settle in four months! None of this explains why it is rock hard now. I am 64 and have bought beds that are soft as from day one. The manager does not accept that the bed is hard (even though I have a good friend who used to own a bed shop and agrees with me that it is a hard bed.

I had no choice but to go to a bed shop (I don't live near one and did not want to take time off of work unpaid to travel a long way to one - which is why I ordered online the first time) where you can try the beds in the shop and found a nice soft bed which I have ordered and am looking forward to receiving as soon as possible, in about five weeks.

If it is important to you that you get a soft bed make sure you go to the shop and try it first. I urge anyone to be very cautious about ordering a bed online because you cannot know it suits you until it arrives.

So far I have had six weeks of barely being able to sleep because the bed is so hard. The soonest I can get the other soft bed is approximately five weeks, it is a lot to put up with when your back is as bad as mine.

The new soft bed is cheaper than the hard one. Yet it has a ten year guarantee against their five year guarantee. A small ray of sunshine.

The whole experience, the hassle, sleepless nights and stress have been a nightmare. And I still have five weeks of having to make do with this horrible hard bed which I would not want if you paid me to sleep on it. But for now I have no choice.
