Absolutely disgusting and I echo the below reviews.
Won off 180 euro deposit tried to withdraw 1000 euro and was told I have not accepted T&C absolute rubbish.
I have emailed all major gaming providers as they should not be allowed to use their games when they are clearly corrupt.
I will not be letting this go until my money and others like me are paid out.
Disgusting scammers
I passed all verification, won €3000 on slots. As soon as I tried to withdraw is when the problems began. 11 days now, over 20 emails to customer support and complaints! No reply but generic emails and now they’ve locked me out of my account. Lost any hope of my winnings, can’t understand why they’re allowed to operate! They’re spoiling the industry, I’ve never encountered this after 30 years of gambling.

I will change my review if need be but they have just confiscated €1700 from my account for 'not following their T&C's on bonuses, there is a tiny button to opt out of bonuses that I have found after deposit.
I deposited $675 in total on the first day, they have offered me €125 back.
Be very wary or simply do not use them!
Money paid out in minutes of confirmation into my bank account, from winnings that were not included in bonus money.
I have been trying to withdraw cash from my winnings and it has been turned down again. I am fed up trying with them this has been going on since the start of February and is getting no where.

Submitted all documents but they keep make another stupid excuse, our offices have been busy, there has been a delay. And then when you complain they ban you from the live support. Scum, absolute scum. Have never seen a casino this bad. And i am certain they never pay out. Im reporting them as fraudsters. They closed my account without notice after weeks of messing me around with fake excuses about kyc and stole my winnings. You will never get any money out of these scumbags. If you look every positive review even is fake saying the same garbage or they say they didnt even recieve any withdrawal. They actively try to remove all baf reviews but i will keep posting them until these filth are shut down
