Both Robin & Paul were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond with good communication skills. They were very helpful with advice over the phone in the first instance. Friendly, efficient and effective in solving our issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Robin and Paul reacted quickly when my aged boiler failed. Even cancelled leave to fit a new one next day, during a cold spell. Lent me fan heaters overnight.
The final invoice was reasonable too, and the same as the quote.

Kindred Heating did a great job on my boiler service Robin was very thorough and checked the efficiency of all radiators before leaving. Also found time to give me advice on my bathroom taps. Well priced, clean and efficient would thoroughly recommend.

Robin returned my call in good time and was friendly and professional. He arrived soon after and diagnosed the likely problem, the heating timer. He had a replacement with him which was promptly fitted. It took less than 30 seconds to swap it out. He called later in the day to check it was working and again a few days later. The service was very good. The only negative was the price I was charged for something so simple and quick to fix.

We were recommended to contact Kindred Heating when we found ourselves with no heating or hot water. Robin and his apprentice were out to see us within an hour. They resolved the problem, replaced a leaking seal, completed a full service and had us up and running in no time. They were very efficient, knowledgeable, polite, clean and tidy.

Had a 25 year old boiler replaced with pipework upgraded, a radiator changed and the system flushed through. They always call ahead to say when they are 10 minutes away. As a lady on her own I really appreciated that. They worked solidly from the time they arrived. Everyone knew their part of the job and they just got on and did it. Everywhere was left clean and tidy when they left. Very refreshing was the fact that there was no bad language. Have already recommended and will continue to do so. If only all trades people were like this the world would be a better place.
