First, I'm very sorry that you're still waiting for an answer about your order. I completely understand your frustration, especially given how much time has passed.

I want to give you a clearer picture of where things stand.

Your original order was submitted through our previous Bask-powered intake and fulfillment system. Kindr has since transitioned away from Bask for new patient orders; however, orders previously submitted through their system remain with Bask and the pharmacy network responsible for processing them.

I have already forwarded your information directly to Bask and requested that they locate your order and provide an update as soon as possible, including whether it has been processed, sent to the pharmacy, or shipped, along with tracking information if available.

Unfortunately, we don't have a verified shipping update from them yet, and I don't want to give you information that may be incorrect.

Because your original order remains in Bask's system, they'll also need to address its fulfillment status directly. You can reach their team using the following contact information:

We're sorry for the frustration, and we understand how upsetting it is to feel stuck. To protect everyone's privacy, we can't discuss any individual's details publicly. In general: Kindr Health previously worked with an outside partner whose intake and ordering ran on their own system. We've since ended that partnership. Any orders placed through that partner's intake were received and handled by the partner, not by Kindr Health, and we don't have access to those records or the ability to change, fill, or refund them.
