I contacted this company 1 month ago with a complaint regarding their toilet rolls that only had perforations every 5 or more sheets. However, after a month they havent even bothered to contact me, very disappointing

I cannot understand why a Multi National company (Kimberly-Clark) can have such a complete failure of Customer Service EMEA team to deal with post Brexit complaints and issues? I completed everything they asked for exactly as they requested and was promised a full refund by return. …. 5 months on - in spite of continuous communications with their team, I finally received a refund for faulty goods. Due to ‘Brexit’, it turns out that they were ‘unable’ to send vouchers by mail outside of the UK (returned to sender due to inadequate post & customs info!) and it took another 14 weeks to transfer refund via bank account!! Zero response from multiple calls to their ‘800’ number and to multiple emails and zero apologies. Abysmal customer service.

I am utterly disgusted by the service that I have received from Huggies Customer Service Complaints department "KIMBERLY CLARK"!!!!

Never in my life have I experienced such bad service, the way I did with this company.

I have lodged a complaint with regards to the diaper velcro tie that broke off every time I changed my baby, upon putting on the diaper and tying it. Which means that this batch was either a extreme poor quality or a manufacturing fault. I have followed their requirements of guidelines and was advised on multiple occasions that I did not adhere to their guidelines.

I have been using this product for the past almost two years now and this was the first time experiencing this issue, which raised concerns as diapers does not come at cheap price!

This morning I have received their correspondence which was as follows:

"Thank you for reaching out to us and for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Unfortunately, we were unable to efficiently process your complaint. The information that you provided was not according to our guidelines.
Despite repeated attempts from our side to reiterate the exact information needed in the requested format. We are, therefore, unable to process your complaint further and we will be closing your case.
We kindly ask you not to send any further information and photos, as this will not impact the outcome or affect our decision.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I am not sure whether this is their way of saving their company costs or if they just don't care about their consumers.

I am beyond livid about this, as I ran into a loss with this pack of diapers and cannot return to the store as it is a manufacturing fault, or so I've been told.

I will do everything that I can to take extra measures, as I refuse to leave it at this!
I am not an unreasonable person and would have understood, if this was done in an orderly manner, but my complaint was just bluntly dismissed. :e

I have been buying Kleenex extra large balsam tissues since they were first produced and have noticed with my latest box on special offer in Morrison’s’s and they fall apart and are dry and not of the usual standard and quality, I even cleaned my glasses to test for the amount of balsam in the said tissues and did Not make much difference to my glasses, when usually make a right mess of my glasses.
So another company putting up their prices and lowering the standards of their products.

I like the products a lot but I hate the commercial for Kleenex the kid with the mucus it’s so disgusting and every time I’m watching the TV at dinner time is so bad

Once again this company has decreased the size of Andrex toilet rolls.
This time they have shaved 5mm off the height of each roll, whilst simultaneously increasing the price.

Over the years their Huggies and Andrex quality seems to be getting worse and worse. To me these products aren't fit for purpose.

Considering how much you make, I would have thought you hired product testers that picked up on obvious things like most of the products you sell are more inferior quality wise compared to your competitors.

Yet another company that puts profits before customer satisfaction.

I bought some Kotex pads from your company, I have hormonal problems but they were under controlled, and as soon as I used your pads my hormones suffered a drastic change, and I started to bleed in an exaggerated way with clots and pelvic pain, normally I use another brand of pads, but they didn't have any at the store, that's why I used the ones from your company. You should really take those pads off the market, you are damaging the female endocrine system. You should be brought to justice.
I read today that Kotex pads recalls were made a few years ago, I did not know that, if I had known this, I would have never bought this brand!!! You're probably killing people with this!!!!

Shame on you for not cutting ties with Russia. I will no longer support your products. I have printed out a list so that the next time I shop I will not be purchasing your products. I will urge everyone I know to also boycott purchasing your products!

Cannot be trusted. Just take a look at Amazon reviews on toilet roll sizing, they work on deception. Disgusting attitude and will never admit it. I, and any of my friends or family will never purchase anything from this company again.

Have two Kimberly-Clark Centrefeed Towel Roll dispensers, but the keys to open them were misplaced. Contacted via website, and two replacement keys arrived free of charge via courier within 48 hours. Brilliant!

The only complaint I have is the bottle was small other than that works well. I would recommend to others to give it a go!

Kleenex has changed the quality of its Man-size tissues. Not fewer, smaller tissues in a smaller box. They are now no better than a supermarket own label product at about 1/3 the price. I wrote to KC and had no meaningful reply. Very disappointed. This is clearly a move to boost profits and the customer/user can, it seems, "go hang"!

This is a complete bad buy. This paper is unusable. It is not strong even weak and also very thin. Even when you take 4 sheets it is still not usable.

My experience with Kleenex flushable wipes tear before you use them and when I told them on the phone they did not take the batch number or ask where I brought the product so I suggest not to buy this brand growing money down the toilet, chose another brand like ocean healthcare wipes is 5star.

Back in 2009 I had more money than sense and subsequently decided to do a few particularly ridiculous things. I say ridiculous, I almost died 3 times and bought an entire house for my dog called Rizla that didn’t even exist. While I spent a large amount of time dropping acid tabs like Ed Sheeran dropping number one hits in the naughties and trying to find the Messiah within me, if I’m honest, I’m still 69% sure it’s still there. Can’t say ‘He’ these days, everyone’s offended by pronouns for some reason. HELLO! I have a vagina! I’m a lady! A good looking lady too! With a good looking vagina!

Speaking of which, it was some 11 years ago that I found myself taking an all inspiring spiritual journey while trapped naked in the downstairs toilet of Russell Brand’s North London town house. After a thousand miniature Golden Labradors ran across the floor of the bathroom like the scene in Lion King when the stampede comes and Mufasa dies #SoSad. It came to me… toilet roll. Sure, the idea to invest a large quantity of English sterling into what is essential bum paper sounds particularly ludicrous (Side not, Ludicrous, fantastic lover and makes a wonderful cup of tea). However, after my trip I paid another trip to a delightfully small one eyed woman that lived in a hut, who I paid £50 sterling to confirm this notion.

I struggle to recall the woman’s name as the event took place over a decade ago and her business card was essentially a small tumbleweed of pubes that would grant you a wish when you set fire to it. Needless to say I lost the small pube ball, however, the woman did confirm my plan to invest in Andrex, she said something about the year 2020, China, Corona and some guy eating a raw bat that didn’t make sense at the time but now it’s all come together. I wasn’t laughing much on that day in Russell’s downstairs toilet but I’m certainly laughing now. Just a shame she didn’t also advise me to invest in hand wash, pot noodles and porn hub too. Oh well, I’ll continue to set fire to my pubes while I wish upon the stars.

I'm shocked and disgusted by you teaming up with Wateraid surely you researched this what! Can't think of words for a company who have been misusing donations given by the public. Their work in Africa is nothing less than Criminal with over 56% of all pumps, and boreholes are broken, in disrepair, or completely useless having been drilled incorrectly by companies they've used. Recent reports show that they didn't even survey the boreholes correctly, nor have they kept any records of works carried out. Boring waterholes isn't something to be carried out by cowboys, and records of where they dug, and how is more vitally inportant. Records show over 60,000 water outlets installed are now not working in africa. Equipment has been purchased from companies in India ill-equipped to manufacture them to the specification required. As a company Kimberly-Clark should have paid more attention to ensure money for use in building toilets isn't going to be another complete waste of billions of pounds. I think you need to rethink your alliance with such a sham which is wateraid.

This is probably the only company I know who serves customers with FMCG goods like Andrex and yet have absolutely no respect for its customers what so ever. I been a loyal consumer for over 40 years and the only time i complained to their ceo they completely ignored several emails of my complaint. I also had an incompetent guy from the company who promised to deal with my complaint and restore my confidence in the brand. Sadly it was a lie as he didn’t do anything. Having bought Multi pack of Andrex from my local One stop store (part of Tesco)the toilet roll would fall to bits and the quality was inferior. Yet Andrex did nothing to deal with this matter as they don’t really care for the brand or there customer following. What a pity that the CEO is probably only interested in profits and his packages and considers customer a nuisance is my only conclusion, as he had ignored three of my emails so far. I refuse to buy Andrex from here onwards. Sadly I copied there trading partners Tesco but they didn’t care as this is how they treat consumers when they start dominating markets!
