I’ve purchased a course from Kimberley Grace and I have to say that the customer service I’ve experienced so far, has been lovely. They called to introduce the team and say hello, where they are if I need anything - after purchasing a course. They also do instagram lives encouraging people to comment, so you can ask questions on there if you have any reservations and they are always polite and informative.

Fantastic! I have just started my lash course and had nothing but positive experience so far! The course is affordable, easy to understand and comes with videos too.
