KILOS GEAR Arvostelua

Surprisingly pleased with this as i’m always a bit dubious about the quality of stuff made in China especially when it masquerades as American/European but have to say this chair is really good, solid lightweight and extremely well built, so good i bought a second one for my partner who is always sceptical of my bargain buys off the internet. Definitely recommend it.

Lätt att komma i kontakt med.
Har en vara som inte var med i paketet när det kom, men är på väg att lösas hoppas jag. Lät inte som det var några problem åtminstone. Så nu väntar jag bara på en ersättnings sits 😀

I spent the month of July in the high Arctic. We did a 4 day backpacking trip to a plant monitoring site. My Kilos Gear AeroCloud Mattress would have to valve pop open when the slightest weight was placed on it. The valve would pop open while inflating it. The valve would get caught on my sleeping bag and be pulled open. I was reinfecting it multiple times a night. When it actually stayed inflated long enough to attempt sleep, it provided no noticeable insulation from the cold Arctic ground.

After the 4 day outing we went to a new site where we had a cabin with wooden plywood bunks. The deflation continued until I put Tuck Tape over the air valve. It stayed closed for 7 days before new tape was required.

The valve and the inflation sack are very poorly designed. I have not used a sleeping pad so useless in 20+ years of guiding and backcountry parks work.

Great customer service when i forgot an item on my order and offer to correct my own error. Additionally, prompt response on return of items (nothing wrong with them, just not a right fit). Other products - standing light and headlamp, brilliant. VERY happy with them and has been pondering purchase for some time. Glad i did!

As soon as it arrived I inflated it to see how it is.
Better than just the floor.
The inflation bag connection (in my opinion) should be a twist loc.
As it gets close to total inflation, the back pressure too easily makes the fitting pop off.

easy to order, prompt delivery and performance as advertised.

I’ve only had my grand peak chair for a couple weeks but I’ve been putting it to the test setting in it every day after a long hike or a long ride back to the campsite so far I’m very pleased it’s easy to set up and it’s fast. Gotta get some more miles on it I’ll let you know how it holds up.

Great service, good products, my only complaint is the rubber caps on the bottom of the chair legs keep falling off.

Love the product, delivery time, considering that it is shipped from outside of Australia is very good.

I ordered a goose down sleeping bag and a high backed chair. I cannot praise these people enough. Excellent communication. They helped me with a few queries and put my mind at rest. The products are absolutely brilliant. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely buy from them again with no qualms. Excellent service.

Great chair exactly as described! Quick shipping and great communication.

Worst customer service ever! Their “hassle free” return policy is a scam. I ordered a sleeping pad from this company and the air valve won’t hold air. So I emailed the company based on their website and now I’m getting the run around about being issued a refund for a defective product I never used. I just want my money back. I would suggest steering clear of ordering anything from this company.

Not used the pillow yet but it is a lot thicker than my current one and like the removable cover and that it will hold in place unlike my old one that was thin and moved around .

As good as advertised. Comfortable for a side sleeper and inflated in 30 seconds.

Excellent chair, just what we wanted for our upcoming festival, and future camping trips. Packs down nice and compact, but is sturdy strong and, most of all, very comfortable. Look forward to many years of happy camping.

Product arrived quickly and as ordered. I love the chair! I would order from Kilos Gear again!

Arrived well packaged and quickly, tested at home and seems incredibly comfortable and very easy to set up. Looking forward to taking it in campervan trial.

It was spot on, just what I was expecting. Great quality

Compact et vraiment confortable. Facile a gonfler.
