Small hiccup but great service
Slight hiccup with my order as it delayed a couple days but I called up to enquire and Eleonora was quick to jump on the case and managed to get a fresh order out next day. Great service, thank you!

Fabulous Customer Service
I cannot recommend Killer Ink's customer service highly enough.
There was an issue with the delivery provider—they refused to hand over the package to the consignee and said they were returning it to Killer Ink. I needed my order as soon as possible, and Caitlin dealt with the situation immediately.
She arranged a duplicate order and sent it straight to my home, even though the original package hadn't yet been returned. I was so impressed by her professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely lovely manner throughout.
Thank you, Caitlin, for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find, and I'll definitely continue shopping with Killer Ink.

Great shop, great customer service
I bought a hand poke starter kit and the ink didn’t work but was replaced as soon as I reached out to them. I’ve bought a few products from them now and the quality is fantastic whether you’re just starting out or deep in the game. They’ll be my go to from now on

I had an issue with a machine I bought from Killer Ink, I contacted them via email and the service/response time/honesty and options I received from Caitlin Morgan was superb.
Caitlin was absolutely brilliant in the way she listened to my issue and then gave me all my options and really came across as though she genuinely cared and wanted to help - really really professional and made me feel valued as a customer of Killer Ink.
