Hi Marc,
As discussed via email, I could understand you wanting to take us up on our 30 day refund policy after watching our Floating Trem/Floyd Rose module and finding out we do not cover the D-Tuna. In fact, this is precisely why we have our 30 day refund policy - to allow people to sample the content and see if it's for them or not, and we always honor those who do so.
However, you actually spent over five hours across 9 days watching all of the modules, lessons, bonus content etc, almost all of it on guitars where the D-Tuna wouldn't be and wasn't installed, including hours of materials on Les Pauls, Strats and Telecasters with fixed trems, as well as content on pickup height, cleaning electronics, filing fret ends and more.
If you had genuinely checked out the course to see if the D-Tuna would be covered and then asked for a refund, I would be happy to issue a refund. That would be well within our terms, and you could do that by reading through the course outline, checking out the floating bridge modules, or even just emailing us to check.
We are clear in our terms (linked on every page and agreed to at checkout) that the refund policy is for those who want to check out the course to see if it's for them, but to protect us against those who would buy the course with the intention of just asking for a refund once they've completed it, we do have a limit (the policy states 30% but in practice it's more like 50%), and someone who spends five plus hours over 9 days watching almost all of the material is clearly just trying to get the course for free.
It is unfortunate that you are now trying to harm the business by calling us a "scam", but we have literally thousands of people who have taken this course and loved it, and despite what you wrote in your review, out of thousands of purchases we've had less disputes than we could measure on one hand, none of which we've lost, precisely because we try hard to do right by people and issue refunds if they genuinely didn't like the course or found it didn't cover a specific issue they wanted to address.
We take pride in the quality of this course and stand behind it. We're sorry it didn't cover the specific device you were looking for, and we genuinely wish you'd reached out to us first - we would have saved you the time and been happy to point you in the right direction.
