Confused as to why Customer service doesn't respond and orders aren't as before?
Have always been satisfied with orders, but this last order was late and did not even include my 3 bags of treats that I had requested and ordered previously. I had to order a 3 lb bag unsure when your order would arrive. My account indicated there was some issue with payment. You have my phone on file and I even sent you an email twice. I've not had any issues with any of my auto accounts. No contact was made and I was even charged shipping when I wasn't charged shipping last time I ordered a 22lb bag w/ 3 bags of treats.

My order took a whole week for them to creat a label then another day or so to be shipped out and when I finally received my items one of the bottles was broken so yea not very happy
