I purchased a device bundle and a PowerShot in mid-2025, just after the PowerShot launch. All the devices and extras in the bundle were of great build quality and materials.
The PowerShot I received developed a battery drain issue after about 4 months. I contacted KIIROO's warranty service and through a couple short emails, it was determined that a replacement was needed. I received the replacement device within 3 days of this determination, and through the time elapsed from my first purchase, the device quality had improved in many ways. The texture of the outer molded silicone, the inner silicone, and the motor vibration all seemed tuned and aesthetically the device had small refinements.
What stands out to me about KIIROO and their offerings is the quality of the housings, the integration of software, and then post-purchase support. Some companies do one of these well, some none at all.
When looking at the sex-tech market, KIIROO captures all areas with outstanding customer support, meaningful differentiation and quality of product offerings.

To proceed with your request, we do need a proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, item description, value, and the retailer’s name. Unfortunately, without this information, we’re unable to move forward.

Best case, the sales are a scam, base models as "feel stars"
Order #204550 - So, the "feel stars", some of them are just the basic model with a name stamped on.
Natalia Starr & Nicolette Shea , were on sale for £15 each, sounded like a good deal... when they got here they were identical other than the packaging and the name stamped on them. They also did not look like the pictures on the site. They looked identical to the base model thats not listed as a "feel star".
I did also get another in the same order for the standard price £40 or somethnig, this one was actually not the "base model".
Best case scenario its the sales that are a scam. Worst case, some of these "feel stars" are scam even if they are not on sale.
Ripped off!

The FeelNatalia Starr and FeelNicolette Shea strokers you purchased are from the first generation of our FeelStars range. At the time they were released (2021), the outer designs were not as intricate and visible as the strokers we create today. Since then, our design and production processes have evolved significantly, and newer models feature more pronounced external detailing and overall refinement—this evolution is also reflected in the price difference.
These particular units were offered at a heavily reduced price as end-of-life stock. That said, we completely understand your frustration if the products appeared too similar or didn’t align with what you expected based on the product images.
This is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver, and we’d really like the chance to help. Noisy mechanical problems at low speeds, but great customer service resolution
I was impressed by the fast delivery of my Keon, and the included gift was a nice touch. But the excitement ended quickly: the device arrived Dead on Arrival with a unhealthy mechanical grinding and screeching noise (especially at low speeds ~7%) and unstable Bluetooth.
I provided clear video and high-res audio evidence as requested, but support dismissed it as "consistent with expected behaviour" and claimed 60-80 dB is normal for male sex toys.
For a premium-priced intimacy product, a mechanical failure from day one raises serious safety concerns (potential injury during use). Kiiroo tried to dodge with hygiene seal lectures, ignoring EU warranty rights (§§ 434, 437, 440 BGB in Germany). I'm still waiting for a proper refund and also currently in the process of preparing a chargeback through my Bank.
Update: After speaking with support, we came to a solution for both sides. For me, this solves the issue completely.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience; we’re genuinely sorry to hear the Keon didn’t meet your expectations.
Our team has reviewed the video and audio files you sent and, based on that evidence, they were unable to confirm a mechanical fault or abnormal operation. Keon is a motor-driven device and some operational sound is expected, especially at lower speeds where motor/drive components can be more noticeable. For that reason, typical operating noise can fall within the 60–80 dB range, which is common for this type of product.
On the hygiene seal point: our products are shipped with tamper-evident outer packaging (the sealed outer box). This seal is designed to be irreversibly broken upon opening and is treated as the relevant hygiene seal. The inner plastic film/bag is packaging protection and isn’t intended to function as the hygiene seal.
We absolutely understand that you expected a different experience. While we cannot approve a refund when we can’t verify a defect, we do want to help you get to a satisfactory outcome. If you’re open to it, please reply to our support teams email from earlier today and they’ll re-check everything with you and explore the best next steps.

Good customer care and support
I bought the Spot toy in May but started using it around June. My usage wasn’t consistent because of what I was using it for, and I didn’t use it at all in August and September. When I finally started using it again in November, I noticed it was going off by itself. The app was also crashing a lot, and several functions weren’t working properly.
I contacted Kiiroo to report the issue, and honestly, I was surprised by how they handled it. I initially thought that because of my location and country(Africa), they might not take my complaint seriously but they did. Since it hadn’t been up to a year I bought the toy, they even arranged a replacement for me which is currently being shipped to me.
Their customer service is very patient, responsive, and supportive. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and will continue to purchase my Spot toys from Kiiroo.

Kiiroo PowerShot is AMAZING!!
I ordered the PowerShot and there was a slight delay in my order being dispatched due to customs holding Kiiroo’s stock but it was well worth the wait because the PowerShot feels amazing I love the strong vibrations and the ability to change the vibration settings I’ve never came so much when using a toy and I look forward to getting the case to use it with the Keon as well. The packaging was discrete as always just a plain cardboard box with an Evri sticker on and customs declaration which just says ‘Novelty Item’ so no one knows what’s inside you’ve been ordering which is great. When I opened the box I loved the packaging the PowerShot is in and the little storage case it comes with. Thank you Kiiroo you have smashed it again and I will be back for more products very soon!!
