Great, excellent service

Placed order. No confirmation sent. Nothing delivered. Phoned and told immediately it was lost in the post and they would refund the money, which they did but not the £3 postage. I wonder if goods were never sent in the first place and they have gained £3

Problem in delivery of my parcel was quickly solved sweets I ordered were of good quality and the price was reasonable thanks

My original order failed to arrive, I emailed and opened the chat with no response. So in the end i called and the guy sent out my order with next day delivery which arrived today. Great service once i contacted them.

Missing an item from package and there is not much communication for wether I'm going to receive the item or not. I would recccomend people stay far away from buying from this company

My order should have arrived 7 days ago.

No comms no update. So currently lost money and no goods

UPDATE. Once I was able to get hold of someone. Within 5 mins they had confirmed it was lost in transit and arranged for it to be redelivered tomorrow. So from that side great service. It is a shame that I had to chase after 7 days to find out what was going on

I ordered lots of chocolates from Temu from this company and when they came, nothing like the picture on Temu in fact, just a few bars of chocolate. Then another box arrived and still nothing like the picture on Temu and a few more bars arrived. This is false advertising and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never order anything more from you.

The person who delivered the package placed it ina position that could not be seen from the front door! I did not know the item had been delivered until I went to my car.

I would given five star if I recieved a few April 2027 expiry date otherwise service are good quick and efficient service.

Ordered a box of various chocs like bounty bars etc. the picture on Temu for this company was absolutely nothing like the box of rubbish I received. I didn’t expect a few choc bars and plastic fruits with goodness knows what in them. Temu refunded me and told the seller. On the leaflet that came with the box of rubbish there is a scan code which then goes on to say it doesn’t work. Great! I don’t think this company do much about bad reviews from what I can see but I will not waste money again as their product was totally misrepresented and we cannot blame Temu.

The product was very disappointing for a mega box it had 6 bars of chocolate and 5 small drinks will not be buying again

After having sent a few emails about the state of my delivery firstly being the wrong item and secondly what was sent had been opened looked like it had been kicked about plus it took almost 2 weeks to arrive, I am no further ahead with my issue being resolved ive asked for the right item to be delivered or for a refund and no one has bothered replying to the last few emails ive sent asking for this to be resolved either.

I got a chocolate Cadbury's box for me yeah that was absolutely banging.

I ordered 10 boxes of Matchmakers and received 9. I have emailed them, but no response. I wish I had seen the reviews first as it seems this is usual behaviour for this company. My advice is to use another firm, this firm are dishonest and ignorant.
