Repeat customer that will keep coming back

This was my 4th or 5th time using Kids Party Craft to build Xmas stockings and party bags. I noticed this year they seemed a little more expensive only by pence per item but it all adds up. Super fast delivery though and still cheap for what you get

Never use this site please

Never use this sitd please. No customer service. No tracking details on the website. No information. Nothing that I find anywhere to contact them and find out what has happened to my order and where it is. Will I ever receive it.

Prices are good but take care

Prices are good. Was disappointed with my item though, as it was smaller than expected - I assumed a drawstring bag would be the average size that would be able to fit a child's swimming or sports kit into it - when it arrived it was half the size - not even big enough to put a pair of trainers/football boots in them! I presumed it was my mistake for not reading the measurements but when I went back to look at the item description, no measurements were given. I have returned the item and still awaiting a refund as of yet.
It would be helpful that measurements were put in the item's description.

Missing items

The products were fine but I was sent too many of one item and not enough of the other. I was told to send them back to get a refund - bit of a hassle! Have asked for the missing items instead but still waiting as this was all supposed to be before Christmas.

Highly Recommended

I just filled the kids Christmas stockings, brilliant little gifts, kids loved them.

So cheap, highly recommended 👌 I shall be back to do the kids easter baskets :)
