Amazing shoe quality honestly. Bought two pair of shoes and both came relatively quickly around 11 days. I’d recommend Kick12 fo sho, personally I’d end up buying the whole store😂 -Petru

Hi, dear. What`s your order number? And you can email us to get quick reply. Also, please confirm that you placed your order on the correct Kick12 website. We recently discovered fake websites impersonating Kick12, so I’m concerned that you may have ordered from one of them.

We normally send the tracking number by email within two days after the shoes are shipped. Please provide your order number and the website address you ordered from so we can check this for you.

Hi, dear customer. Thank you for your feedback. As described on the website, what we sell are top quality reps. It`s normal that some banks don`t trust us and prompt fraud and suspicion. It usually happens on replica seller website. We have do online business for several years. You can join our discard to communicate with other buyers. more than 5k people there, have posted many real reviews. You can ask customer service if still have have questions.
