Before working with KFL FIT I was really struggling with losing excess body fat, particularly around the stomach. I suffer with PCOS and Endometriosis and find the flare ups really affect me. KFLFit built me a plan to get me into shape for an upcoming holiday. She listened to my lifestyle, exercise and food preferences before making me a plan that suited my busy life and felt achievable. I Approached KFLFIT as I was struggling to shift weight and progress further with my gym sessions leading up to my holiday to Ibiza.
