Terrible service
Terrible service. They do not answer their store phone, takes days to respond on WhatsApp. I've tried numerous times to contact them, after my purchase. I purchased the office product, I advised them that it's not working.... To date I am still awaiting responses. I requested a proper form of communication, still waiting!!!!!! I have work and assignments that need to be done but they do not care to assist. This is the worst experience I have had with a company. It's extremely disappointing.

We want to clarify that our WhatsApp line was unfortunately down for over a month due to issues with our old device and the transition to a new one, which made it impossible to recover any previous chats. This was outside of our control and we sincerely apologise for any delay this may have caused.
We’ve checked our records, and the last email we received from your side was in October 2024 — we didn’t receive any recent follow-up after that. We always encourage email as a reliable method of communication, especially when there are urgent concerns.

I purchased a product key Office 2021 professional plus ,yesterday. Tried to activate the key but received a message displaying the it has reached its maximum activation. Sent a mail through to support at Keyzone,no response.

Key doesn't work
Purchased a key for Office it was not delivered instantly as advertised, had to send a mail and then got the key, used the key and got an error that the key cannot be used for desktop apps, made several follow up emails without success...
