Would have given 5 golden stars
If could have given 5 golden stars or hit a golden buzzer I would have done. They should be wearing superhero capes. I had issues after buying but this was at my end, not the seller's issue and they still helped me and spent far more of their time than I'd paid for the keys. Ever so grateful - now I have an activated windows version and activated office apps fully installed and everything is working now. Delighted!!! Thanks very much.

Actually, I wasn't able to install the office 2024 on my computer despite the numerous times your personnel tried to. Sara took a couple of days to do it. On the whole, Sara was kind, patient and helpful. I just wondered whether I could get a refund. By the way, my laptop came installed with office 2024 home.

Regarding the installation issue, if your laptop already came with Office 2024 Home pre-installed, it can sometimes conflict with Office 2024 Professional Plus. In many cases, the pre-installed version needs to be completely removed before installing another edition.
That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can review your case. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will of course arrange a refund according to our policy.
