Purchased a Invalid License Key & Non-existent Support - Avoid KeyshereMicrosoft Office 2021…
Purchased a Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus license on January 10, 2025. The provided key was invalid as it had been used too many times. Despite their promise of technical support and three follow-up requests, Keyshere.com has completely ignored all communication attempts.
Key issues:
- License key already used multiple times
- No response to support requests
- Ignored their own promise to provide activation assistance
- WhatsApp support number (+447562763577) unresponsive
Save your money and avoid this seller. Purchase directly from Microsoft or authorized resellers instead.
Documentation of all interactions available if needed.

I was walked through the process and not abandoned until the problem was solved. Everything is working perfectly. Would definitely be ordering from them again for my other systems.
