Ik heb vanmorgen een game gekocht prima krijg mail met daar in dat ze de activerings code niet konden sturen moest contact opnemen via de chat. Prima wil dat doen maar de hele dag al gw niemand word ook totaal niet gereageerd op de mail. Ik wacht nu al vanaf half 7 vanmorgen en he. Nog 0 antwoordt wil graag mijn geld terug of de game

Extremely Poor Support – License Invalid, No Response
I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Home from Keysforgames on April 13, 2025. Just a few weeks later, the license was deactivated and the software became unusable.
I reached out multiple times via email and their contact form, but received absolutely no response. The product was advertised as having a lifetime license, yet the company has failed to provide any form of support or resolution.
It has now been several weeks without a single reply. This level of service is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company, as they do not appear to honor their guarantees or assist customers when problems arise.

this site redirected me to difmark, a marketplace where I had a bad experience documented by a receipt. this site recommends difmark over other sites and favors it... but it is against the consumer code. I expressed my review according to the laws in force in my state and according to consumer rights Direttiva (UE) 2019/2161

I bought a Windows 11 Home key and received it, but the key was invalid. I spent 10 hours on support, they would send me back, I would wait and they would send it to me by the evening. They did not send an agreement with them for the refund of the money - it was a miracle

Abzocke!!
Machen Werbung mit Sachen die gar nicht angeboten werden.
Beispiel, auf keysforgames.de wird ein Spiel beworben, super günstig, deutsche Version usw.
Klickt man nun auf den Link, kommt man auf eine andere Händlerseite und kauft dort das beworbene Spiel. So denkt man, aber gesendet bekommt man z.B. einen Argentinischen Key der in Deutschland nicht funktioniert. Der Händler-Support sagt Pech gehabt, weil keysforgames.de es falsch verlinkt hat, oder falsche Werbung macht und keysforgames.de hat es ja nicht verkauft.
Schöne und lohnenswerte Masche, wenn sich unseriöse Händler und keysforgames.de das Geld am Ende teilen.
