Very good management

Very good management.
The building may be still suffering some problems from the relatively long adjournment during the change of use from hotel apartments to residential inits, but the team is doing their best to rectify.
Especially their leader Merraquel is particularly considerate and professional.

Always an amazing support with this…

Always an amazing support with this group especially to "Merraquel Flores" who is always supportive and helpful with our needs as tenants. She is by far the best agent we dealt with. She solved our problems in our unit very quick and detailed. We are so lucky to meet such an outstanding agent. Cheers!

Amazing group

Professional, pleasant transaction with KO leasing consultant Mr. Pramod

I had leased my house recently and this is based on my recent experience with KO leasing consultant Mr. Pramod Menon.. a very knowledgable professional in this industry and a very pleasant, service minded person. More than that, as a family we are new relocated from Singapore to Dubai, the guidance and help he gave on the entire process and made it a very smooth transaction. Highly recommend him! just superb
