As seen by others here, same experience. I ordered the phone back in september, end of october or just in november phone was delivered to red deer alberta, i live in gananoque ontario. Contact them and asked for replacement did that and now was delivered again to wrong address. Now can not get a reply from emails. Bad bad bad complany

Keynis.com... of course it is, especially after reading the other reviews on this page... after about a month or so of not getting the package, I emailed the company and they actually responded... They sent me a tracking number LY504023442CN... very close to the other ones I've seen... And just like the other commenters on this site, mine was delivered to Michigan and it didn't have my name on it nor my address... I just emailed them again, but I do not expect a response this time because if the website is not working and they've taken all the money they could get so why care right?! And being a sponsor on Facebook, which is where I connected to them from... Wow talk about a scam, how can they do that? I guess I have to get my money back through my bank

I don't want a refund just th product I Paid for…its truly sad.
They are offering triple screen fold phone. But they do not respond on your e-mails and the track and trace number it says diffrent delivery location than the real.
