Shop experience: great.
Support with the minor issue (was charged for shipping despite the info on the website saying it should be free): terrible. Support takes many days to answer and then is not helpful giving false information and not resolving the situation. The false information is still present on their website.
Update: after more back and forth the issue was solved for me, but be aware that the information about delivery being free on their website is still false.

When I discovered this retailer - I was impressed by their great selection.
Unfortunately when it came to returning a 250€ item - I have been waiting for 2 months for a refund - which is still not proceeded.
Communication has been horrible during this time.

No refund and no communication
I recently had a very frustrating experience with this company.
I placed an order (XEQMULKEC) on July 15, 2024, but immediately realized there was an error in the shipping address. I contacted customer service right away to cancel the order.
Unfortunately, despite my prompt communication:
1)The company failed to cancel the order before shipping.
2)They shipped to the incorrect address, even though I had notified them of the error.
3) When informed that the package would be returned undelivered (confirmed by La Poste), they didn't process a refund
4) Communication, when possible, was often delayed and unhelpful.
The refund process has been unnecessarily long and complicated. As of now, I still haven't received my refund of 199.77€.
Their customer service and ability to handle order issues need significant improvement.
Please be very careful when placing orders and to expect difficulties if any problems arise.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves their processes for handling order cancellations and refunds.
I will be happy to edit this review once I received my reimbursement.

Bad service and experience …
It said on the website that the shipping takes 48h and that it’s free. My order is still not with me after more than a week and they charged me almost 10eur for shipping. I reached out to customer support twice but no response.

Overall good purchase experience
I ordered a wallet from Keus. Purchase experience was good and shipping from France to Spain was very fast. The only negative note is that I didn't get a notification email when the item was shipped. I coincidentally went and check the order status on their website only to realize it had already been shipped.
