The reason for your delayed shipment was due to the credit fraud detected on your purchase. I explained to you that this can be a lengthy process.
Before it could be completed you requested a refund which was sent back to you immediately.
I'm sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your experience, I would reccomended being a little more paitent next time purchasing from an international store.

Have had several pairs of Jordan 4s for my daughter. Always quick even with the hard to find colours and sizes. Couldn't find a more helpful seller. Will be ordering again for my daughter's birthday in July.
