I've been thinking about a security camera for a while, and I saw this on FB. It got the better of me, and I went to the website, and I was impressed enough to spend my money. They are easy to install; I had an old mate do it for me. I did forget to order an SD card, but it's doing the job regardless. (I will be ordering one this week. It does need it to do all the things) Last night, it alerted me to an intruder on my rural property, and I think it's earned its money right there. It does stuff I didn't even know I wanted, like tracking, night vision AND it knows the difference between a kangaroo and a person. I'm happy I spent the coin.

The product itself is potentially quite good, if it becomes operational. However, the support available to assist customers when a camera does not install as advertised is appalling. The customer becomes trapped in a never-ending loop: making a call to the phone support team; leaving a message; waiting hours for a return call; explaining the issue and being reassured that the problem will be referred to the technical team; waiting days for a response from the technical team who then request additional detail and then there is no further contact. The issue remains unsolved and so the phone call process to the support team begins again.
The various phone support staff who answered our numerous calls could do nothing but forward the issue to the technical team. The follow-up assistance provided by the technical team has been inefficient, suffered from repeated, extensive delays (of more than 24 hours during business hours) and was not up to date with the current situation. The lived experience of installing KeldCo cameras does not align with the promises and guarantees in their product advertising. “Set it up in about an hour with our step-by-step app and Aussie phone support.” Eleven days after receiving our two cameras, the second camera will still not load in the KeldCo app. There has been no contact from KeldCo since last week to provide support. We have a camera that we cannot use and are left feeling that KeldCo does not place any importance on after sales service to their customers!

I'm scratching my head reading these reviews. Won't connect to my WiFi which is iinet 6 month old modem, both ring and Tapo cameras connected no problem. Spent 2 hours with chat GPT because Keldco won't reply to any emails or messages except for a call centre who sent me out the basic "have you tried resetting" email. So after 2 hours with chat gpt and having to do things like changing router settings that I shouldn't have to do, I am stuck with this useless piece of 329 dollar rubbish. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee but I can't even get them to reply to my email asking for return instructions. Easily the worst customer service I've encountered in recent memory

After a personal intervention from the operations manager,the Doorbell Camera arrived just over a week later.
They admit they got it wrong and they fixed it and also provided me with store credit for my next purchase.
I'm happy with the camera. It was easy to install and set up. The images and videos are of a high quality.
I haven't looked into all the additional settings and features yet.

I ordered a doorbell camera on an expected 3 to 5 day delivery. I am still waiting for the product 40 days later.
The company have responded to my numerous emails and apologise and tell me they'll sort things but I'm still waiting.
It's disappointing as I had originally researched reviews from Trustpilot and other sources and believed I was dealing with a legitimate Australian company.
I have my doubts now and am now wondering if the interactions I have had with them have been AI.

I purchased a keldco camera 3.0 solar its so amazing and the video comes out so clear. I have had a swann top of the range camera set up for the past few years and i haven't noticed how crap they ate until it got the keldco camera 1000% recommend this company. Also so quick and easy reply on Facebook and also email so amazing. I have been having a few days of cloudy and rainy weather, but the solar panel on the 3.0 is still charging.

The unit was delivered promptly and looked to be well designed and robust. The instructions left a lot to be desired, with a minuscule booklet that needed to be enlarged to be able to see that it told you little of use in practical terms. hen, I could not get the app to register, so after a day I emailed Keldco, they rang back and said that I really needed a Gmail address to make it work! Otherwise, they needed to load my desired address into their database and it could take a day or so. It did. Anyway, eventually got that sorted out. The best thing was that they emailed me with confirmation of my email acceptance and included a simple sheet with step by step instructions on setting it all up! Magic. Why was that not included in the original package?? So we got set up, and after a bit of a play with controls, now have a working camera. So far, it has lived up to its promise and I am a happy customer.

Would never rely on this for actual security. First month was great and recorded all activity. Now (even full battery no connection issues) doesn't record or notify of major movements. Big gaps in the play back and nothing recorded when dark or night. No help from any instructions or FAQs online so it's basically a waste now.

Great product that does has first class resolution and was easy to install. First class support if required.

Easy set up and appears well made.
Have to have on the lowest setting as picking up vans and trucks 25m away travelling on the street.
Great if you could develop a corner bracket to take advantage of the 360 degree capability when eaves not wide enough to secure.

Delivery was amazingly quick. Installation was just about a quick and easy. Camera works brilliantly, will undoubtedly get another couple as backyard surveillance as well. But thus far the one unit covers the front of the house/yard/street with excellent resolution and range
