I have Found the team from Keldco Fabulous, Very helpfull Very courteous Nothing is to much for them. I have needed help many times and it's been no both to them to help me out

Very disappointed with my experience with Keldco’s returns process and the lack of communication and follow-up.

I returned the cameras as requested using the RMA and return instructions provided by Keldco. The parcel was delivered to the nominated LPO, as outlined on the RMA form, and should have been collected by the company.

Despite repeatedly contacting Keldco to advise that the cameras were awaiting collection, they sat at the post office for over two weeks and were eventually being returned to me because they had not been collected. I was then faced with the possibility of having to pay a second return postage fee, despite having followed the return instructions correctly and the issue being completely outside of my control.

Thankfully, my full refund was finally processed on Monday, 24 August 2026.

I found contacting customer service to be very hit and miss. Calling was generally the easiest option, however there were many occasions where I was told they were busy on another call and I had to leave a voicemail.

What was most frustrating was feeling that my concerns about the uncollected parcel were not being taken seriously until I posted my experience on Trustpilot. I do, however, want to acknowledge Marven, who took the time to properly address the issue, was apologetic about my experience and ensured my return was corrected and completed as soon as I agreed for it to be processed. I genuinely appreciate the care he showed in resolving the matter.

While I’m thankful the refund has now been completed, the overall returns experience was unnecessarily stressful and involved far too much chasing on my end. I hope Keldco takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, follow-up and ownership of returns so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Absolutely amazing camera. Solar means it charges automatically. No subscription fees. Easy to install. Motion activated too and spans are large area. Easy to go to playback and record if needed. Would highly recommend. We only have one out the front as we have 2 german shepherds for out the back.

Good product

The camera does a great job of tracking movement once it detects a person. The video quality is clear, and the night vision is good. The only drawbacks are the limited detection angle and the somewhat restricted vertical movement.

Great cameras, communication and expert advice. Very happy with the cameras purchased.

The quality of the camera is far better than what I expected I am so pleased with the picture quality I get through on my mobile device 100% satisfied I would recommend these cameras i bought multiple cameras but these is the best one out of all

Horrible cameras they dont work, customer service is atrocious, 30 day refund is BS been weeks and still trying to get a refund, will be lodging a complaint with consumer protection

Camera itself seemed great installation was simple and easy
However soon after began having technical issues with camera
Contacted KeldCo on numerous occasions and was continuously given steps to get a refund however it would constantly be the same story and run around avoiding the refund after they acknowledged there’s a issue
Poor customer service don’t fulfill there warranty as advertised

Great quality camera and software application, the solar panel keeps the camera humming but the battery reaches low levels at times.

Wish it was dual band for wifi and support wifi 6.

Fast delivery, efficient service & well packaged. Product quality and functionality is exactly as advertised. Easy set-up and app use. SIL has now purchased two also.

Very happy with the product and customer service, I think having access to the customer service and user friendly manual is very handy as I did have difficulty changing the from 5ghz to 2.4ghz. ( maybe that should be more clearer from customers when purchasing the product) Which was confusing however the KeldCo app is very user friendly as well. Thanks again KeldCo

Good product . Great delivery service

The cameras were purchases by phone and I was very happy with the process. They were quick to arrive and installation was easy with the help of YouTube. A couple of issues navigating the app were quickly resolved by very prompt email responses to my queries. Very happy with the product
