Used keep2share premium once or twice a year for 5 plus years. Only ever pay for 1 month subscription non-recurring. Never had a problem with them whatsoever. Never tried to rebill me or failed to deliver a good service. Have contacted their support department a handful of times. Always received swift email back from a human within half an hour. No other Premium site can compare to Keep2Share. Period. I know this because I have paid for passes from TezFiles, FileBoom, RapidGator, Mega, and a few others in the past. But I always felt like there should have been more for what I paid, until about 18 months ago when I stumbled on to k2s, while researching these companies for a better deal after getting burned a few times. That has not happened at all with Keep2share. In fact, k2s continues to deliver above my expectations and certainly far above industry standards. For me, k2s delivers, day in and day out, the very best in content, breadth of access, searchable databases, that can be searched by subject, site, or person(s), the adequate download speeds, even for multiple downloads at the same time, becoming the gold standard and stand alone choice, for those of us who like to really look deep in to our topics of choice. So I know, personally, by trial and error, that k2s is the best bang for my buck and invite you to see if you find the same result. I have had others limit me to one site per membership. Forget the rips and just come to where you will eventually end up anyway, and utilize the best premium pass site available, Keep2Share. You will be very, very glad you did.

for payment if you buy the base package it will offer a "CONVERT REMAING NUMBEROF DAYS AT THE COST OF DIFFERENCE" such as convert remaining 20 days at $0.19 per day for premium pro, then when you select that and go to payment, it will show a fake ad for the pro plus saying buy for full at $37, if you enter your card it iwll charge only for premium pro plus, not what you originally selected to convert to.

Keep2Share continue to operate a service heavy on charges for their paid service [they are towards the top of the most expensive host services] and massively strangled and highly limited free services which are now no longer "free".
The latest scam is to force users of the free service to disable all VPN security to access the site.
I am sure they will tell you that is to stop location hoppers scamming their already limited free service to skip the wait time between DLs which, at the free speeds they offer is hardly worth the bother.
That's rubbish. There are plenty of alternatives, including those used by the competition that don't involve compromising user security or privacy, to encourage users away from this practice.

Here's the fact
If you surf online without using VPN security then everything you do and every site you visit is visible to anyone with the technical knowhow and capability to access the information.
That includesnot only sites you visit and files you access and download but your actual physical location too.
Or did you really think that all those cookies installed on your machines by all those sites were really there just to "improve your experience"?
How do you feel about that level of online exposure?

By forcing you to bypass those protections you're exposing yourself potentially to....
Well imagine if your service provider discovered what you are accessing? What if it was something they'd be obliged to notify authorities about?
And who else is accessing this information?

If a company is forcing you to compromise your privacy and security to access a file unless you pay a premium rate, then
a] you have to wonder at their motives
and
b] you have to seriously wonder how secure your personal details and financial information is with them.

Either way, this is not a company anyone in their right mind should have anything to do with.
There are safer options offering far better quality of service at far better price points and none of them feel the need to compromise the security and privacy of their users in providing that service.

Choose one of them.

K2S hae asked for "additional information to prove I have had a genuine experience" The information they requested is information they already have.
They are also using the "no one is forcing you" defence. Which is fair enough to a point but those technically unaware still need to be warned of the risk of riding bareback in this particular cesspit.

After choosing to register or not, assuming you are sensible and are accessing the internet with the proper precaution of an active VPN you get the following:

So. Compromise your security & privacy or pay up.
Go see for yourselves. Its the internet equivalent of demanding money with menaces. And that makes their free service not free at all.

With the exception of a certain Russian firm they are the only file host to behave in this way. That's because no reputable company would ever dream of putting users - even the free users - at risk online by forcing them to disable security.
Use a different company. This lot are unethical and untrustworthy

I have had a very good experience with Keep2Share.
The download speed is stable, and the service is easy to use.
I was also impressed by the support team, who quickly helped me upgrade my subscription.
Overall, a reliable file hosting service.

I went to renew my Keep2Share account. Noticing a large increase in the basic premium annual plan to $199.95, I grudgingly tried to renew. The renewal came through at $209.95. I still said OK. When I tried to pay, I was redirected to a third party site that demanded 220 Euros. Here I drew the line and cut the transaction off. What's going on here?
