I bought two pair of (same style - different color) Final Sale shoes 18 months ago - to put away for when I needed them. Took one pair out this week and tried to wear them. Bottoms are still dirt free... Näytä lisää

I ordered some white multi sequin shoes…
I ordered some white multi sequin shoes for my wedding and i got something COMPLETELY different. They are all over pink in a size 9 and i am a 5.5. They sent me a prepaid label and said i have to reorder the shoes. I am extremely upset....with the wedding coming up and being a full time student the idea of ordering online was that i dont have the time to go buy these in person but now I have to make time to return something I didn't even order. Mind you all they offered me was free expedited delivery once i order them again. Horrible experience would not recommend them.

Excellent customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe and when I called they cancelled it for me right away! The woman, that I talked to, was extremely polite.
