Today I attend Business Challenge. It was amazing session. Gained lot more knowledge about my own business. The steps to keep in mind for keeping the inventory track or to understand to reach the target client what shpuld be the right channel.

Sleep Chronotypes is a completely new topic for us, which I believe is not taught in any Biology class

Had a very insightful session with Kavitha.. She helped me understand the importance of having a POC .. My takeaway from the session is to implement the understanding as soon as possible.

The session was great and depth.
My one take away from today’s session was to prepare detail checklist for my work.

Kavitha and I organised a coaching exchange over the last several months. Kavitha is driven and highly motivated/organised. As a coach, she is there to challenge you and ensure you set goals to solve the topic that you bring. You will definitely come away with an action plan from your sessions with her. She also has a great sense of humour and will bring joy into each session!

I am a Clinical Nutritionist and mother of two boys.
It's been 7 months since we welcomed our second child into this world.

I am constantly learning the art of juggling and splitting my attention between my 8-year-old and the little one.

Along with kids, our work also demands our time this is where I needed help. In btw I came across Kavitha’s Monthly Goals and Achievement programme.

Without any second thought, I jumped into the group.
Ahhhh, it was something I truly needed. Although I have taken such a course before, from one of the renowned coaches, it didn't help me at all. 😅

Things started to align during Kavitha's initial session itself. It may be simply because she put our thoughts on paper and helped us in-depth with monthly goal-setting.

Today's date 6th October last quarter of the year to introspect my nine months to make a person which I want to see myself and of course give a birth by following Kavitha Coach on my new year 2024 to see again birth of new me as birth to impact what I have learned today she is extremely to the point in making u new you join today her monthly and yearly program to make huge difference in one's own life

We connected by chance; I am based in Australia and Kavitha was in India. With the time zone difference, I appreciate her high organizational skills as meetings can be book online and she is always punctual on every session. This is really a testament to her superb time management skills.

Each individual coaching session I had with her was always unique. Kavitha combines her extensive experience in other fields such as NPL into her coaching, helping clients to discover their self-limiting beliefs that hinders their performance. This is then followed by her strong ability to help clients set a solid SMART Action Plans which I attest has really helped me to take ownership and accountability on my solutions.
