Their customer support is amazing. I had an issue and it was resolved within minutes! The items I did receive were of great quality (a little itchy for me because I’m allergic to wool, which is my fault), and the items I didn’t receive were given to me in refund form as I requested! Would recommend this site to anyone solely for their customer service. But be warned, as one of my favorite influencers has mentioned, their knit set is for the shorter side of people. I am 5’4 and make it work. So if you are any taller than that, don’t get the knitted bottoms in the set.

I had an horrible experience when the…
I had an horrible experience when the delivery has lost one of my parcel which I returned on Post locker from KM.
However the KM company acted very quick, very friendly customer service advisors and helpful.
Moon was the last person who I had contact with and she kindly refunded all my money for the parcel which has been lost.
Moon was super friendly and professional and she quick processed my refund.

Disgusting people working here who…
Disgusting people working here who think laughing and ignoring people solve things. Management doesn’t answer questions or respond to customers. Staff members get away with everything, all of them or most are ‘British white’ snm. If you are on social media it is a right for the consumer to ask questions! We have a right to know whom we are giving our money to!
Wont ever be ordering ever again. Minus 100 and will defo be telling friends and family not to support this atrocious‘ business’

I recently purchase some items, which I missed the delivery and I guess it was returned to Katch Me. However, I got a notification that my return was received. But what surprises me is that fact that I bought 4 items at 48 pounds, now i got a refund of 35 pounds, immediately I reach out to KM on their emails and they replied almost immediately and initiated my balance. The response and the problem solving techniques is top notch compare to some brand that will stress and frustrate you before you get your money back . Ivy has been so helpful in chasing up a lost parcel with Yodel. Unfortunately not a lot we can do other than wait but I know this isn't KM or Yodel's fault.
Customer service is kind, polite, quick and extremely helpful (even discussing refunds, returns etc) and it's not an automated message with the response having details I'd mentioned about needing the item for Thanksgiving.

I'd never dealt with Katch Me before
I'd never dealt with Katch Me before, but my cousin wanted clothes for her son's wedding. The ordering was easy...and last minute, but despite that it all arrived in good time. Some clothes are cheap that you can't…
Some clothes are cheap that you can't really tell until you get them and others are fantastic and you can't believe you got so cheap.
Recently I've ordered a dress for $30 and to look at you'd expect it to cost at least double that and a jacket for $12.50 both of those were of high quality... but I've also ordered a jacket in the past with button holes too small for the actual buttons and t shirts which are see through but not at all on the models.
Delivery has always been great for me, usually 2 days even if i ordered late at night.
I've only ever had one problem with Katch Me... A refund didn't go through but after contacting them through email they rectified that for me straight away, so I would say their customer service is very good.

I had received an item that had been…
I had received an item that had been completely smashed (most likely the fault of the delivery driver). I contacted KM in email which was a little slow tbh. Surprisingly, I got a reply in just over an hour, and they asked for some more details so that they could send a replacement out for me. Then confirmed that I would get a replacement at no extra cost. Excellent customer service compared to many other companies that have you speaking to a robot for half an hour before getting through to a human.

If I could give this company less than…
If I could give this company less than one star I would. I bought a coat from this company which I received with a dead butterfly inside the plastic bag with my coat, but I didn’t mention anything about because frankly my brain couldn’t work out how this happened. I had this coat for less than a month and wore I once for 10 minutes to run the shop. When I went to take the coat off, the quality was of such poor quality one of the buttons ripped straight off leaving a hole in the coat. When I emailed the company requesting a refund as I was not happy with the button ripping off after one wear, they offered me a 30% refund which added up to £16 and for me to pay to get the cost repaired myself locally. I refused this offer and said I would like a full refund and sent the coat back to them, they then proceeded to email me and tell me they would not be able to refund me because the coat smelt of perfume which is due to me wearing perfume that ONE time I wore it and that the coat had a stain on the inside which certainly did not happen on my 10 minute walk to and from the shop, but that is my bad and I have learnt my lesson to thoroughly check items I receive from online companies like this. I wouldn’t even recommend shopping here to my worst enemy.
