Katchakid Arvostelua

Matt and Andrew were awesome team! Set up nicely, cleaned up all areas and great demonstration on fence details. Definitely top notch!

Matt installed our Katchakid net and he was extremely thorough in his teaching me how and why the net worked the way it does as well as sincerely driving home the seriousness and the mission behind using the net every time we get out of the pool. I’d install this every time. No doubt.

Matt was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything to a T and the fence looks amazing! I don’t normally like to do surveys but felt like it would be a disservice to not talk about how great the install was.

Matt also brought up some great on the spot recommendations that my wife and I overlooked and made the outcome prettier and, most importantly, safer than what we had planned.

The process from start to finish was amazing! Mason, my sales representative, was extremely thorough and detailed with his description and presentation of their product, and most importantly the safety features. We originally considered installing a removable fence but quickly decided the safety net option was going to be the best for aesthetics and overall safety. The technician who installed our safety net, Oscar, was extremely professional and left no doubt as to the fact he is an expert at his craft.

Matt installed our net and gate - he was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to educate us about how they work, and how to use them. It’s made me and my wife feel so much more comfortable and safe with our kids living in a house with a pool. We are extremely grateful and couldn’t have asked for a better person to have installed these for us. Thank you Matt!

Andrew did great! Thank you

From our first meeting with our Rep., Dave Sims, to our first appointment for measurements for a pool debris cover, to installation, our experience with Katchakid has been great. Rogelio, our installer, explained the measurement & installation process and answered all our questions. We just had the cover installed 8/17/26 so we're just getting used to it and hope that it will perform as expected.

Matt was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was great at communicating on what the job was going to look like. We are very happy about the product and service.

Fantastic experience and Matt was exceptional. He was super Helpful, communicative and super efficient. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Katchakid. Our installer, Andrew, did an amazing job. We have a tricky backyard, so our fence required more measuring than just flat decking around the pool. We are so happy with the way it turned out.

Matt was great. Good communication and the outcome looks just as well wanted. Would highly recommend.

Very easy and smooth experience from beginning to end. Matt was timely and thorough on teaching installation and removal of pool cover.

Matt was extremely helpful along the whole process with Katchakid! We moved into a house that had an existing 18 year old net, but some anchors around the pool had been previously filled in. Matt came to the house, evaluated the existing net, and gave us a quote to replace the filled in anchors. On his next visit, he replaced the anchors and showed us how to install and un-install the net. For a company that had no existing relationship with us and were not buying a brand new net, their customer service was fantastic! I can proudly say Matt & Katchakid put their customers first and are extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

Rogelio came to install our pool net. He did an awesome job and was clear with the instructions of use. I'm very happy with this product and definitely recommend Katchakid 's pool net.

What a great job Matt did on our pool fence installation! I was so hesitant to install something like this for fear it would ruin the aesthetic, but Matt reassured me it would look great and worked with us to change the pool fence route to be exactly what we wanted it to be. He was on time, professional, and the end result looks great and will keep my kids safe!

I appreciated the thoroughness going through the contracting process. The company responsed quickly to my questions. Scheduling the installation was quick and easy. The installation tech gave me a good explanation of the cover/uncover process. Looking forward to not fighting Mother Nature this Fall/Winter.

Matt did a great and timely job on my debris cover.

They did a great job on our pool cover. If fits just it's suppose too. We are very happy with it and the professional service they showed. Thanks again. Robert Simpson

Appreciate the hard work in the hot sun. Done in a day with care and functional education!

I love my new pool cover. It looks great. Cant say enough about our install tech, Matt. He was great. He answered all my questions and showed me all the tips and tricks to make putting the cover on and off a breeze. I'm looking forward to NOT fishing out leaves this fall.
