If it was a company you paid to do nothing, then they’re great. But if you actually want a product from them, you should probably look elsewhere.

I’ve waited 3 months now for a preprinted canvas. Bit gash really.

Do not bother with this company. I waited the month they said it would take to deliver my art before I tried to contact them, only to find out that their only form of communication is email. I got no response to the emails I sent, and I could see the package had not even shipped yet. I had to get with my CC company to dispute to charge. Funny how after I did that, I got an email from them stating that my order would be shipped out in another week. Too late, I’m over it and don’t trust you. Waiting for my refund.

Ordered a canvas wall art at the end of May, still have no received item. I have emailed twice to ask about the status of it and I have had no reply. Definitely a scam. I shall be contacting Instagram as they promoted it.

Been waiting for 2 months are told they are on the way, and when I use the tracking, can see they never send them.

Ordered a canvas wall art on May 25th. It is July 11th and still have not received my purchase. Do not order from these crooks. I am attempting a refund but have a feeling I will have to take it to the FTC for further action.

Their products are from aliexpress, but they sell them much more expensive.

If I could make 0 Star I would. Never delivered products. Just kept answering my email stating its going to arrive at (insert a date later than email). Currently attempting to get a refund, and may have to dispute charges with my bank...

I have payd my order but dont answer an no delivery

I have bought a picture, that I've been waiting for, 3 months, delivery date keeps being moved and they don't supply tracking details.
I have asked for a refund and they won't give me one.

I placed an order on May 15 in which website states to allow 20 days for shipping and delivery due to covid-19. Just tracked my order today June 28th only to receive notification the order has not been shipped yet. 😡😡😡 seriously.... Must be a scam and Instagram needs to investigate!!!!! Stay away!!!

I ORDERED MAY 5, 2020 and have not received my purchase yet. Today is June 23 ,2020 . Customer Service is horrible! I need quick answers. I hope this is NOT a scam.

My rating is based on customer service. It took 2 months for my paintings to be delivered! Why? They were shipped from China. With the coronavirus, shipping should understandingly be late. Customer service did mention a shipping delay due to COVID-19 but changed my delivery date several times. Never once mentioned that the shipment was overseas and their site's package tracking is completely down. I was left in the dark with no idea where my package was or even if it was coming. Customer Service failed to respond to my refund as well. I was honestly about to report them to IC3 and FTC today luckily my package came before then. This experience made me feel strung along. I can forgive the late delivery but not the poor service. I will not be a repeat customer.

On a positive note, they are not a scam and you should be receiving your package if you did order something.

Not received item been waiting over a month

It’s a scam. Paid with PayPal. Never received order. Went to track shipment. Their site says “Can’t find order.” No answer when calling customer service. I’m shocked they can so blatantly scam people and get away with it.

My order was confirmed a month ago, they charged my card a month ago, and I never heard from them since, they do not respond, no shipment, anything. How would you call it?

Placed order May 6th, to get ahead of the Fathers Day rush. Still waiting. They sent me emails siting covid as a delay and gave me 15 - 20 days waiting time. It has been over 30 days. Is it time to ask for my money back and start looking for another father's day gift??? :(
