Great overall customer experience

Great overall customer experience, very quick delivery. A suit that didn’t fit properly was replaced immediately for shipping cost.
Sometimes the customer service takes a couple of days to respond though.

Amazing

Amazing.Absolutly spot on with the picture I requested the suit to look like.
The fabric is nice and comfy.

I had to pay a fee from UPS AFTER the…

I had to pay a fee from UPS AFTER the jacket was delivered when my receipt clearly said I paid a fee for shipping and handling. This either should have been covered by your company or at the very least I should have been informed that I would have to pay an additional fee.

Great costume

loved the costume it was a present and they loved it too!!! Quality was surprisingly really good and was delivered earlier than expected will definitely order another one for myself
