Excellent customer service 10/10. De looked out for a Size M in a Cordaroy Jacket that I had ordered in a S. All the M's had been sold but a return in a M was held until my S had been sent back. Fabulous service by De who was so nice to deal with. Thankyou.

I purchased the Aalia skirt based on the main product photo, which clearly showed it as a straight-cut skirt. When it arrived, it was nothing like that - it was a pronounced A-line shape, not even close to what was depicted.
I contacted customer service to request a full refund, but this was refused. They relied on the description stating it was a “slight A-line.” This is misleading at best - the skirt is far more A-line than “slight,” and the photos do not accurately reflect the true shape.
To make matters worse, I ended up paying over $20 in additional postage costs across delivery and return for an item that was not as advertised. In this situation, it’s unreasonable that the company would not take responsibility for those costs.
Overall, a very disappointing and costly experience. I would not purchase from them again based on this.

Thanks for your lengthy reply - but actually it said nothing. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, the skirt I received was nothing like what was shown in the photos, and - again - the “slight A-line” description is extremely misleading. The return postage costs shouldn’t have been my responsibility when the item wasn’t as depicted.
I won’t be purchasing from you again.

I discovered Karma East in 2020 and have lost count of how many great items I have ordered. Much of my casual wardrobe is from this store. There have been a couple of times when I have needed to exchange clothing for sizing issues and this has happened promptly without fuss. My favourite online fashion store

I just recently bought four dresses and especially loved two of the designs “Tulsi” and “Mabel”. I now own two in each design. The shape and style is great as I find it difficult to find clothes. I had many people comment on my dress the other day at the shops.

Whilst the fabrics are very pretty and mostly ok one I have received was thin and poor quality. I have ordered three dresses to date hoping to find one that fits without me having to get out a sewing machine. Alas their most favoured shape is based around empire line which is hopeless for me as I have a size 14 top and size 10 hips. If I buy a 14 the dress makes me look enormous. Straight cut is much more suited. I recently bought a medium size. Looks good if I breathe in because the bust is slightly too tight and absolutely no seam allowance to let out. I wish I could try them on before risking any more of the same otherwise I give up. Would be good if you offered some different shapes.

I love Karma East and buy a good proportion of my clothes from them (maybe nearly 1/2 of my most worn clothes!)

I love that they are Australian, sustainable, ethical, and that the clothes are well made, and colourful. I love that the website is easy to use, and especially that they cater well to larger sizes. I especially love that the clothes are so suitable for an Australian summer (can really do desk to beach to dinner, in many of them) and they are hard wearing. The cottons are very comfortable to wear on our very hot days. But I have also got very solid use out of their winter corduroys.

Refunds are easy, service is good and they are easy to deal with. I love knowing there is a brand who looks after the people who actually make their clothes, which is based here in Australia.

I now buy all of my clothes from this amazing company . It is ethically run, has beautiful designs and prints. And the clothing is cotton, healthy natural cotton. They answer your emails, sort out any issues, not that there are normally issues. I have done numerous purchases from them and will continue to do so. Their clothes make me feel great.

I have a lovely new Indian-made DRESS (TILDA style, RAANI fabric pattern) from KARMA EAST, and I've been very pleased with the whole purchasing process. Garments made in a wide range of bright and beautiful patterned fabrics, quite hard to source elsewhere, are Karma East's speciality. Their range of dress styles is also large. The ordering process was simple and I appreciated being able to purchase as a guest instead of being forced to open an account. The parcel arrived promptly, and inside the mailbag the dress came packed in a pretty little patterned cotton bag. The sizing guide proved reliable and the dress fits well. The quality of the fabric, and especially of the sewing, is high: not always the case with 'ethnic-inspired' clothing. And the garment is actually lined!

Karma East has invaded my text messages with Black Friday Sales and ads without permission. I have tried to opt out but they continue to text, and no way to contact them through their website. I find this invasive. I don’t like their clothes, I don’t want to buy them, and I wouldn’t be saying any of this if their OPT OUT option actually worked! To me, this is part of a breech of privacy none of us want or need.

Karma East does everything well and I'm happy to say I've just received my 7th dress from them.
I fell in love with Frankie style and after buying the Aspen design I now have 4 Frankies! The style suits me, the fit is great and the compliments are flying all around me!
Well done again, Karma East. It will not be my last purchase from you; I look forward to all your new ideas and designs. It's good to see people in the street who also believe in Karma East- we smile knowingly at each other!

The clothing is absolutely beautiful, good quality, and the sizing guide was spot on for size. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchases. Not the cheapest clothing, but absolutely worth the money.
