Good product, thoughtful service
I ordered a late Christmas present. Karen was good enough to email me, pointing out that I had missed the postage deadline for Christmas and that my order would be with me as soon as possible. Which was thoughtful. The items arrived in good order, very quickly, and were of high quality. Thanks Karen.
