Je me suis rendue chez Kamera Express dans l’idée d’acheter un appareil en urgence pour ma profession. Je ne connais malheureusement pas le nom du vendeur mais BIG UP à lui car il a pris le temps de m’expliquer les avantages et inconvénients de chaque appareil. Il n’a pas hésité à me faire essayer des objectifs sur le boitier que je convoitais. Je sais déjà que c’est là que je retournerai si j’ai besoin de matériel plutôt que de passer en ligne car ça m’a rassurée d’être si bien conseillée. Un tout grand merci à lui. A très vite :)

I was interested in a camera which however was not in stock. The store staff took my details and contacted me as soon as the device in question was delivered. At the store, the welcome was very professional. They explained to me the possibility of a 5-year warranty extension, which is an extraordinary service. I can only recommend Kamera Express.

Excellent conseiller, j'hésitais entre une R5 et R3. J'ai choisi la R3 et je ne le regrette pas une seconde, appareil formidable.

Commande reçue quelques jours après. La livraison UPS était rapide et l'objectif Sigma 105mm pour ma caméra Canon fonctionne très bien. Les prix sont imbattables et je compte réaliser mes futurs achats sur ce site. Je recommande!

I contacted customer service after not receiving a confirmation email for an order I placed online, and never received a response. A few days after contacting customer service, still not having received a confirmation email or reply from customer service, I went to the local store, who agreed that the lack of response was strange, but assured me that the order had gone through and told me that they would also contact the customer service team to see what went wrong, but a response/explanation/apology never came.
There is no way I would ever even consider shopping with a company that completely ignores genuine customer service requests leading to confusion, stress and causing me to go out of my way (to the local store) to find out what’s happening!
There is no way I would ever even consider shopping with a company that does not take customer service seriously. They have sadly lost me as a customer for good.
